This is a great video! Ninjago stopmotion as an artform is something I'm very passionate about so its a shame to see it in the position it's in currently. Upon further thought I really think Brick Legacy Ninja's format of doing movies as opposed to seasons really might be the way forward. Alot of people here mentioned how people like YT vids to be complete narratives nowadays and I think pivoting to this format may help with that alot. Thank you for having me on!

One hundred percent time management . I wanna start my own series but i cant cuz of school and personal stuff. If only animators could have more time we would see more animations
Wow, Ethan! This video was awesome and so well put together. (Also Brick, thank you for including me in that little section!!! Means a lot) I would like to discuss where I think custom Ninjago Series are heading to right now. Ok, I'd like to keep this short and simple (hopefully lol) so I don't take a lot of your time. First off, I think custom Ninjago stop motion series are heading into the right direction. I watch a bunch of smaller stop motion creators that have amazing Series. For me, I started in 2019... But I didn't have a TH-cam Channel until 2020. I got inspired by DT, AL, NJL, LegoManSam, MikeRM, Mitchell, Boaz, NCR, and many more! There was a time in the stop motion community (when the pandemic started) that was wholesome. The four-way collab between Spinjitzu Master Falcon, Agwens, Storm Studios, and CSSM was legendary. Other smaller channels rose in popularity and it was a great time overall. Over the years, Ninjago stop motion animators' stories have been growing with more lore behind it... And I'm all in for it. (I vividly remember binge-watching a bunch of Ninjago stop motion creators back in 2021 and it was legendary lol) Right now, I know that there is a new generation of Ninjago stop motion animators rising up and I can't wait to see what they have in store! P.S. MITCHELL COME BACK, YOU'RE ALIVEEEEEEEEEE Oh, yeah... Shout-out to the stop motion animators who take time out of their day to put in astonishing work!!!
This was a really insightful video, and something that I had ben curious about for a while. I've noticed the little waves of the peaking and dipping since I started my own series, with my channel starting to grow around the time of the pandemic. But I've notice that even my small amount of viewership has dipped lower than normal (and maybe this is because I just take way too long to make videos). But it's interesting seeing that it isn't something that only my channel is experiencing, but the community as a whole. Hopefully the community can see the growth and engagement it once did, but who knows. If this form of content does die, I'll just be happy to have been around to not just experience it, but engage in it and put my stuff out there.
Ninjago as a whole is a concept that is constantly changing, whether it be design changes, animation change or something else, Ninjago has always been able to reinvent itself and the I think the stop motion community could do the same. While the numbers may not be as high as say 2017, there are still thousands of people who watch your series and smaller ones alike, and I think as long there is a fan base for this part of Ninjago, the art of a stop-motion series will never truly die
Thanks for putting this video together! I've noticed the decline in stop-motion series and am glad to see someone address it. Nice to hear from so many creators!
I can’t believe it I want to start doing Stop Motion but this video is kind of shocking but I’ve been seeing views on Stop Motion creators and their views are kind of low because TH-cam shorts the world is becoming a new thing. The 2010 people understand the Internet, but not a lot of it, this video gave me a perfect understanding. What is happening right now. When I’m gonna start, my Stop Motion series is a question but I love how people have different perspectives of is the Lego Ninjago Stop Motion series gonna be a destructive nuke and I think my personal opinion is slowly is but slowly isn’t it’s in the middle ground because dragons rising is not the Show is great. It’s really hard to do Stop Motion when times of changing people wanted so they got the Lego Ninjago movie that was a flop but we get a new TV show. Older fans sometimes hate it. My cousin hates it but I like it. I want new characters. I can’t keep having the same Zane and Lloyd and Nya in the same place. Thank you, Ethan. You gave me a lightbulb inspiration.
I’m so glad to be featured here Ethan! You’re one of my favourite creators. I hope that one day the community can come back to its good ol days. But thank you so much for featuring me!!!
I am a lego animator, and I've been on youtube for around three years now. I joined when lego stop-motion was really popular and I have seen a massive decline in not just ninjago stopmotion content but lego animation as a whole. I actually started my TH-cam journey with a ninjago series! back then I never knew anything about TH-cam and well, the start didnt go so good... then I just stopped making a ninjago series and headed towards random marvel, ninjago, dc test videos and all that kind of stuff. Then around March, last year, I started a new ninjago series (way better than my last one). more people were introduced to my channel. I enjoyed making a full season too! but now, my season 2 has been going down hill. I just don't know what to do with it. the problem most people face is that they can't think of a fresh, new and exciting plot. the only reason I made S2 was because I needed something to tie into my season 3. I'm currently animating ep3 of S2 and i have been hit with so much inspiration and motivation from a bunch of 'small' creators these past 3 days... its time I finally start to believe in myself and get to work!!! I won't ever lose hope in these stopmotion animators. sure, people are quitting... but its time for new people to rise. the time when all this will be popular again will come, and I think its coming sooner, rather than later! if our childhood heroes, the ninja, wont quit, we won't either!!
I'm trying to find a ninjago stop motion series but i can no longer find it the sad thing is it was really nice the storyline (i love making stories) and everything. (Ninjago came out the year i was born but i always liked them and i still do.)
I really agree with this video, as the show is slowly dying so are the series on TH-cam there are some new people who have good series like OC11 studios, Flaming Studios, Turbo Ninja and uhh me (shameless plug) but even if we do make amazing series people don’t care as much because the popularity has died down and we aren’t in that large area of popularity so it’s hard to start a new series because people won’t have trust in someone newer and less popular than the people they already know
After watching this video I definitely agree with some of the points made! A lot of people like to blame tik tok and short formed media for the downfall of longer form content such as a stop motion series but there are still plenty of people out there looking for long formed content to watch as seen by the views on many LEGO Stopmotion channels such as NCR Films
I started my own series with season 1 dragons rising and I will do every season of dragons rising which will be released like al123 or he has done every season since season 1 masters of spinjitzu
@@BvelociraptorProductions that was the goal. I didn't want to catch up on the 12 years of ninjago so I decided to start at the very beginning of DR since it's a restart of the series (I was able to use sets from the old series anyway)
@@NinjaXStudios124 It makes it hard for me. Given that my stop motion series started at the last season of the original series. I think I might make prequels for it to make it feel less awkward.
Stop-motion is a very interesting filming technique. Even if there are less stop-motion videos out there, I know that each of them took a lot of time and patience. That is why I think they are very important no matter how short or long the videos are. I am one of those who is still working on a Stop-motion Ninjago film in spanish
I've also started my series in two languages, English and German. But I think the most part of the Ninjago Community watches it in English, while I also saw other Ninjago Videos like Set Reviews, Fact or Theory Videos in other Languages (in the German Community in German) but Stop Motion Series mostly in English. I hope it's still a nice opportunity for you and your viewers.
As a stop motion animator myself, I do miss the golden age where dozens of creators all had their own Ninjago series. I hope the next generation can carry forward this amazing medium.
Awesome to see some of yall still carrying on this art form. I do miss the prime age of this art form and when I myself made these videos, but I also think it's equally special seeing some of you legacy creators still carrying on the torch. Good work here!
This actually opened my eyes to what’s happening to Ninjago. Almost all of my videos are Star Wars based and I’ve made 1 or 2 Ninjago videos. This actually makes me want to start a Ninjago stop-motion series . I hope this video could change people perspectives and gets popular enough to help out the community. Great video. Thank You! 🙏👏
You know what I remember my childhood being all about ninjago stop motions NJL and Dtinglia were the goats but now you and ALproductions are carrying the content so that it doesn't die and u have inspired me to create my own stop motion series
Is Ninjago Stop Motion series dying? Yes and no, I would say there are multiple answers to this question depending on what you look at. The arguments for it dying are as many of the people in this video said, short form content and Ninjago's slow decline in popularity. For Ninjago's popularity it was inevitable, nothing is popular forever and with how the Ninjago show is structured it is easier to just stop watching at any season, not everyone is interested in watching almost 20 seasons at this point of a similar structured season (I'm not saying the seasons are the same, just that they have a similar pattern). The decline in the show's popularity is a big impact on the fan content of the show since if less people are interested in the main show less people will want to watch fan made content. As for short content, you could say it has impacted every type of media, this is something we can't do much about but adapt and also create short form content or continue producing videos for the audience that enjoys this type of videos. The reason we don't see many people doing a systematical series is cause the process of how they do their videos has changed compared to a few years ago. Around 5-6 years ago the simple style of stop motion has dominated the Ninjago community (with some people still sticking to that style), many people were inspired by those creators during that time and started their own series and after a while they found their style which in turn inspired a new generation of Ninjago animators. Right now I would say we are that a point where people want to do more than simply animate a simple story with simple fight scenes, they want to stand out, they have higher production values, their passion for this inspired them to keep on getting better which made them improve upon their editing/animating/lighting/storytelling/voice acting which causes the video to take longer since the more you want your stuff to be better the more time you have to put into it. We're not seeing a consistent flow of fan made episodes is because people are taking their time, they don't care about following the trends of the Ninjago release, they care about expressing themselves, they want to create something they love with their own uniqueness. I think that right now there is a lot of people who are creating something with higher production values than compared to a few years ago and with stories completely unique that some can barely be called Ninjago, sadly this doesn't garner as much attention as a simple, consistent format of episodes but I think that we are in an age where people care more about having fun, creating what they love than likes and views (not saying that they aren't important). So I think that from now on we will see even better stop motion series that will be popular in a smaller community that won't reach a wider range of audience bringing tens or hundreds of views.
I made some really simple ones as a kid that were basically intended to be an abridged version of the pilot and s1 and I just recently rewatched them, makes me wanna go back and redo them sometime
As much as I do agree that it is dying somewhat I think it can be saved but i think the problem is that some of younger or newer content creators like myself only started recently cause i only started last year but I've been inspired alot by you, ethan and dtinaglia too having watched you both for years and i try to make my stop motion simple (sometimes too simple) like yours are so i hope some of the smaller creators like myself can save our slightly dying art that is the stop motion seires
But I feel like how more kids are starting to get attached to watching Ninjago that the younger generations may actually bring up many views for most of us
I might start doing my own ninjago stop motion series as being that I have made a stop motion ninjago animation before but never a series I might make a ninjago series who knows but for now I’m gonna focus on building more lego sets for stop motion plus I have other series that I am doing in the future that may or may not be stop motion
If you have a good storyline and know how to integrate your sets to it, you don't need many sets or figures to start your series. (Okay, you need he Ninja ad some others, but I think you got them)
Personally, I've always wanted to make my own custom ninjago series ever since I saw people making them on youtube (that is, since I was a kid) and that's idea drove me to learn how to make Stopmotion, but I always had excuses like "I don't have enough bricks for good scenery" or "I don't have enough sets I could use to make a series based on a some season". I also tried to make a series not based on any season, but it never work out, in fact I don't know if making this type of series is for me and if it's worth it at all.
I have been watching these creators since around 2013 and have been there since the "end". It really does feel strange to see an end of an era, for the more well-known creators of the era. My personal favorite creator was dt. Been sticking with his series since the beginning and to the end and was overall very well developed. I think that we are most definitely past the glory days and into a new era, but it really does not feel the same as it used to. The new forms of short media just are not the same, but it would be great to see fuller length Ninjago stop motion series again.
I’ve been thinking a lot about this recently. It sucks, but short form content is what kids (the primary audience for Ninjago) have adjusted towards. The time required to create a good high quality series is not favorable to the TH-cam algorithm and that’s really depressing. I wouldn’t be where I am in my life without the inspiration of many of the people in this video, and am disappointed that the inspirations haven’t been passed to the next generation.
Nah, its u and others like BLN keeping this going forward from what I think. As long as you all r around stop motions may get less views but hey will not die! Btw for all of u reading this, This is before the video is premiered so if this ages bad don't tell me, I was just stating what I think is true
Personally, I believe a lot of it boils down to certain creators giving themselves higher standards. Many current brickfilmers struggle with getting stuff out if it doesn’t look absolutely perfect, and a lot of Ninjago stop motion series’ are typically of lower quality in order to get episodes out at a satisfying pace. Just look at an animator such as Agwens, his Ninjago stop motion series is a technical feat, with gorgeous lighting and voice acting. Yet each episode takes about half a year to release, and I feel that many animators have started wanting their episodes to look absolutely PERFECT in order to rival such brickfilmers.
Great insights. Aside from valid points about short format, what stood out to me was long format, vs a continuing series. Today folks binge entire seasons in a weekend, or kids watch all of DR S2, in a day. I think the self contained - one and done is the only counter to short format. But you have to hook people in those first 60 seconds to keep them engaged these days. How many Netflix series have I started and bailed on the first 10 minutes. A lot!
While it is possible that the Ninjago stop motion series could be on the decline, I’m sure that the possibility for them to rise in popularity is something that can happen. I have been thinking of making my own Ninjago stop motion series, and it would be base off a video where it was a scene recreation from a TMNT movie, but with Lloyd and Kai in their place. The video ended with a possible story to be made from it. Though, since my channel isn’t solely focused on Ninjago, it would take a while. Great video.
I hope, that Ninjago Stop Motion will their popularity back. I started my Stop Motion series in two languages (english and german) but there aren't that many viewers. Maybe it was a mistake, to start with a series now, that didn't represent the characters of Dragons Risning. But I think Dragons Rising will give new chances to the Ninjago Stop Motion community. Also, there are smaller channels, which maybe need some time to grow.
I’m just gonna say this Ninjago is doing good for what it is it has it his it’s ups and downs I remember as a kid growing up watching all the creators you have mention and I just want to say I’m really glad I got to experience it I always thought about making my own but never thought to do it I agree that as we get older we will grow out of some things also I think it’s the stop motion in general there’s not that much stop motion things Ninjago is what carried it but in general stop motion is slowly feel like it’s coming to an end. I appreciate all the years and each and one of the creators and will forever be thankful for it 🫶
I feel inspired to nake my own ninjago stop motion series its just i dont have any of the new minifigures so i dont know how to be relevent idk live the video ❤
I know it’s sad that some Ninjago stop motion creators slowly drifted away, but some are still around. 0:31 Pretty great Ninjago stop motion TH-camrs, right?😀 0:54 Woah, I forgot that book for Lloyd really gave me the creeps. I mean was there ever a ninja from any ninja tv show that had to live the rest of their ninja life with a hook?😟 2:12 LegoManSam! That’s the lego TH-camr I was trying to find but had a hard time finding him!
As an animator, I've got goals. Big goals. First off, I would like to admit that yes, unfortunately, Ninjago Stop Motion Series aren't as popular and interesting as they were before 5-8 years ago. Which is why I want to make big changes. As some of my audience may know, I'm planning on making a series myself. Now, looking at how the track record has been going for Stop Motion Series, we as a community can already tell that it's pretty slow, with TH-camrs quitting (not that it's their fault of course), lack of attention, etc. My dream of making a Ninjago based Stop Motion Series like BrickFilmer125, SPI, LegoManSam, EthanStudios (yourself) or even making hour long movies like for example, Brick Legacy Ninja, or eventually making skits like Khan Nguyen, is to inspire more people to creating Ninjago Series of their own! I know that's what most people might say, but it's true. Especially since that's also my biggest dream since I want to become a Film Director/Actor as my main career! know that's what most people might say, but it's true. Also, we just gotta give credit to the people who still take their time into still entertaining us with their videos, despite some of them not having series of their own like Ackul Bricks, AL123, GS Lego Motions, Flaming Studios, Spinjitzu Master Falcon, NinjaKai and Mitchell!
These stop motion series were my childhood, also you’re like the only person I’ve seen who mentioned the disappearance of lego man sam, I really liked his videos
I think that Ninjago is, sadly, a bit dying. We lost so many awesome stopmotioners for the course of the past few years... And the interestes changed over years. I believe, that the ones who are left and will come need to evolve their work. Maybe upload solid films, or make their series as the whole first and then upload during some periodes of time. What I know for sure is that stopmotioners need to interest people in their stories and upload more often. I hope you all will some day receive what you deserve!
As an new ninjago stopmotion animator, I think the stopmotion series content is dying out but I feel like there still some hope left seeing the amount of new stopmotion creators I've seen
Well, I'd have to agree Ninjago stop motion series are heading toward a downward slope, but I wouldn't say they've reached a spot of *complete* irrelevance, especially with you, SPI and BLN still making stories (albeit reaching the end of them), and me trying to formulate my own! It was really nice to see how many people liked the story I put out there last year, but now they're begging me for a sequel and I'm not sure where to go with my story, but at some point or other I think I actually do want to. I have to agree with MikeRM that it might be because we're all getting older and have more responsibilities in our lives, but I hope that the Ninjago stop motion series thing altogether doesn't die permanently, and that creators and eager storytellers (like myself) all over the world will find time in their lives to do what they love, however they want to do it! Our adult lives may be important, but our lives as creators and spending time with the child-like light inside of us that loves stories are just as, if not more, important in my eyes! Wow. Lots of words ehehee...
No I don't think so I think because they don't post ninjago stop motion that much because they're probably do something else without ninjago stop motion, or they don't post anymore.
I would love to say that the ninjago brick film franchise isn’t doomed but I would be lying if I said that stop motions take time to make and as we get older we get more busy and start looking for something better and it’s sad but I hope that a next generation can rise up and make there own fun stories with Ninjago.
As an animator that has been making a series for around 4 years, i have seen a huge decline in ninjago stop motion series, there just aren't a lot anymore, but I do think that they aren't dead, for me this time is the best for my channel, but I really don't have an answer
About the whole thing with Sam, the reason why he disappeared was because he was doing some pretty messed up things that I can’t comment here and eventually was too depressed to work on his videos as well as the guilt of his actions
I've always loved watching these channels and many others, but it's not the same anymore, it seems so far away from us now. Not only the stop-motion community, but the Ninjago community were stronger before and it feels very sad that there are no more channels that make big series, now it's just small animations, and the new series Dragons Rising is less interesting than the previous seasons.
I’ll say this is the only issue is dragons rising is trying the best it can. But, Crystalized severely damaged Ninjago’s reception. A lot of people have chose to end their series after crystalized. And you almost never see any dragons rising related season, series or a movie. Heck when I mention to some people about dragons risking they’ll go. “Wait, ninjago is still going?” Or, “I didn’t even finished crystalized.” Severely do I think that as much dragons rising try and it is attracting an audience, there’s just not enough will or motivation to want to try anymore. Honestly I will say I admire and envy many of my fellow animators who aren’t choosing to follow the series anymore, and instead trying to create something new with their custom series and characters. I feel like stop motion Can and will continue to try to change and evolve moving forward. It’s just people need to try to break the consistency of following others or the show, and receive a confidence booster to carry and create their own storylines. So long as they keep the status quo of the characters they all know and love. As of such the trend is not declining but going through a slow evolution of something new. Others just need to look explore and give others a chance. Thank you for making the video I do find it interesting how some of the biggest names view the world of stop motion now, but I agree with Legacy’s statement on a few others that nothing has died. There’s opportunities for something new, all we to do as a community if we truly do care is give the young and upcoming animators a chance to become e great inspirations for many years to come.
I actually just started a Ninjago series. (Ninjago: Ninja Stories) To be honest I don’t think Ninjago series are going completely down but wouldn’t lie to you and say it hasn’t lost a bit of relevance, it has. Not just Ninjago but LEGO as a whole isn’t as popular with kids anymore as it use to, not saying kids don’t play with LEGO but it’s not as popular with a few as most kids are more into other things are. Another thing is the current Landscape of TH-cam where unless you can make a video every week, you won’t make it as a career so that kind of kills most opportunities for Animators, and Stop motion is one can not rush or it will look like shit. So I won’t say Ninjago Series are dead but just kinda in limbo which sucks because I like a lot of people here grew up with Ninjago and probably grew up watching or even making these series but that’s my two cents on the matter.
Legomansam's animation was so good, but as soon as i found out that he was a creep, i was kinda disappointed. I was looking for his channel to watch an old season of his, but then i found the expose video of him.
I wouldn't call Lego Ninjago Stop Motion as a dying genre, more like a genre that has finally entered its flop era, just like every genre, it has just entered the era where it isn't perfect but quite a few people still like it Would I say that it could be a dying genre? Potentially, stop motion is one of the hardest things to do, it can take weeks to make something as supremely impressive as the animation quality of creators like LegoManSam, but the thing that is being missed is uniqueness, every series tends to have a massively similar outlook Crystalized-based seasons tend to involve the Overlord being evil and making Crystal Warriors While someone like Mikerm Productions made the entirety of Crystalized into something far more unique, the Crystal King wasn't the main villain, he was just the plot device to keep the series interesting Or AL123, the Crystal King for his mini series was an ONI WARLORD of all things It takes a mixture of time, patience and uniqueness to construct a successful stop motion series that fans of the show can genuinely enjoy, and also, don't be afraid to touch on darker topics! That's what these kinds of series are for! Don't be scared to touch on more intense topics like greater levels of violence and death Cooperaceproductions have the same thing, they aren't scared to get SUPER dark, while their viewship is dying, it isn't because their content is bad, it is just people growing out of that interest and that isn't bad
Thanks so much for the opportunity to appear amongst such esteemed company.

I have only made 2 or 3 stop motion but I will try to do more videos consisting of stop motion content
I started my own series with season 1 dragons rising and I will do every season of dragons rising which will be released like al123 or he has done every season since season 1 masters of spinjitzu
At least you started with dragons Rising season 1. I started a little before that in 2022.
Great video! Reminded me of old ninjago stopmotions i used to make that I had forgotten about
Looks interesting I'll be sure to watch it when it's out 👍
As a stop motion animator myself, I do miss the golden age where dozens of creators all had their own Ninjago series. I hope the next generation can carry forward this amazing medium.
Very excited and curious to see what you all have to see!.
I miss lego man sam he had new Characters like harumi being ninja and get her a season and harumi's brother get a season good old days to watch him
My child hood
Awesome to see some of yall still carrying on this art form. I do miss the prime age of this art form and when I myself made these videos, but I also think it's equally special seeing some of you legacy creators still carrying on the torch. Good work here!
This actually opened my eyes to what’s happening to Ninjago. Almost all of my videos are Star Wars based and I’ve made 1 or 2 Ninjago videos. This actually makes me want to start a Ninjago stop-motion series . I hope this video could change people perspectives and gets popular enough to help out the community. Great video. Thank You! 🙏👏
Great Idea! Ninjago is a good topic for Stop Motion Videos
It’s sad really because you DT brickfilmer125 AL124 were my biggest inspiration for animation and why I continue till this day
You know what I remember my childhood being all about ninjago stop motions NJL and Dtinglia were the goats but now you and ALproductions are carrying the content so that it doesn't die and u have inspired me to create my own stop motion series
Very well said!
OMFG this vid came out on my frickin´ B-Day!!!!
But I feel like how more kids are starting to get attached to watching Ninjago that the younger generations may actually bring up many views for most of us
I got inspired by Cooperaceprodcutions to make my ninjago series :)
The ninjago stopmotion era was my whole childhood and one day i will start it to
I loved it as a child and still do
I have been watching these creators since around 2013 and have been there since the "end".
Nowadays kids don’t play with toys and lego as much and are just using iPads. It’s sad, really
Yeah just starting mine called Ninjago Continued
I love LEGO stop motion and I really want to do my own stop motion serious but I had no time neither the skills.
A lot!
Will forever be remembered as one of the best moments of my childhood from all creators
I really hope to see more series with the new characters and maybe adding fan lore
I think dragons rising will bring back new stop motion animators in 2027-2028
I hope, that Ninjago Stop Motion will their popularity back.
I would make one if I had the money for lego and the voice acting. However, I dont have any lego
The end of MikeRMProductions' part 🤣
epic video. I think have to really expand even more i mean that myself heavily and i guess just try to hold on.
I appreciate all the years and each and one of the creators and will forever be thankful for it 🫶
This was a AWESOME video Ethan! Can't wait to see what else you have in store
I feel inspired to nake my own ninjago stop motion series its just i dont have any of the new minifigures so i dont know how to be relevent idk live the video ❤
I know it’s sad that some Ninjago stop motion creators slowly drifted away, but some are still around.
0:31 Pretty great Ninjago stop motion TH-camrs, right?😀
0:54 Woah, I forgot that book for Lloyd really gave me the creeps. I mean was there ever a ninja from any ninja tv show that had to live the rest of their ninja life with a hook?😟
2:12 LegoManSam! That’s the lego TH-camr I was trying to find but had a hard time finding him!
lego man sam is a horrible person
I just miss these series so much man 😭😭😭
Me too man
I think that Ninjago is, sadly, a bit dying.
Cooperaceproduction was my childhood
They are the BEST !!!
It’s strange cooperaceproductions didn’t give a speech
CooperAce Productions are without a doubt the best in the business
Weird, a few mins ago I was thinking they just started getting popular a few days ago
My latest stopmotion did pretty well, so i think it could be popular
I’ve got my professional camera. I just need my computer and I’m gonna start posting high-quality Stop Motion videos.
If only I was good in stopmotion..
You will improve with the time : )
Who made a clip of ninjago end world from brick legends ninja who made it his friends or who 6:38
Ohhh bro doesn't know what Legomansam did. I'm glad he's gone.
What happened?
@@naterouse7003he did some nasty stuff look in the comments and you’ll find out
As an new ninjago stopmotion animator, I think the stopmotion series content is dying out but I feel like there still some hope left seeing the amount of new stopmotion creators I've seen
This was really good can’t beleive this video brought back Mitchel O for a bit
Not die a next generation Is coming
Shouting out ElectricPeaPlays, really well done content
I wonder what happen to legoman sam I stoped watching him back in 2022 and now he's gone without anyone telling me 😢😢😢
No I don't think so I think because they don't post ninjago stop motion that much because they're probably do something else without ninjago stop motion, or they don't post anymore.
I miss this era.
My series might not be the highest quality, bit i don't have the technology to bring my vision to life.
I watch ninjago stop motions like 10 times a week
I would love to say that the ninjago brick film franchise isn’t doomed but I would be lying if I said that stop motions take time to make and as we get older we get more busy and start looking for something better and it’s sad but I hope that a next generation can rise up and make there own fun stories with Ninjago.
As an animator that has been making a series for around 4 years, i have seen a huge decline in ninjago stop motion series, there just aren't a lot anymore, but I do think that they aren't dead, for me this time is the best for my channel, but I really don't have an answer
I tried to make my own but it got no views😕
DTinaglia hit it on the head I think
About the whole thing with Sam, the reason why he disappeared was because he was doing some pretty messed up things that I can’t comment here and eventually was too depressed to work on his videos as well as the guilt of his actions
One of my friends was close with Sam so that’s how I know
do you have proof of this
@@ethanstudios1sadly it honk its true everyone is saying it he was my hero I can’t beleive this
@@Blackrin43 proof ?
@@ethanstudios1idk if my comment got deleted cuz of links, but there’s a channel called LegoManSam exposed that explains everything
I just made a new lego ninjago stop motion series!
Bionicle stop motion series are unfortunately not in all too different of a place nowadays as well
I’m going to make one be ready 😂
You can say the same thing about the Ninjago commentary genre since I believe it is also a dying art just like the stopmotions are.
Nah mike rM productions bro be slacking off the b3 💀
I miss LegoManSam video,is was so goodddd
Yeah but he's a horrible peraon
BRICK LEGACY NINJA
No I just started stop motion and been inspired by these guys
Don't worry, Ninjago stop motion will thrive once dragons rising ends
what about agwens???
I have found one person who does what you say Ethan and his name is Brycefilms
I wouldn't call Lego Ninjago Stop Motion as a dying genre, more like a genre that has finally entered its flop era, just like every genre, it has just entered the era where it isn't perfect but quite a few people still like it
Would I say that it could be a dying genre? Potentially, stop motion is one of the hardest things to do, it can take weeks to make something as supremely impressive as the animation quality of creators like LegoManSam, but the thing that is being missed is uniqueness, every series tends to have a massively similar outlook
Crystalized-based seasons tend to involve the Overlord being evil and making Crystal Warriors
While someone like Mikerm Productions made the entirety of Crystalized into something far more unique, the Crystal King wasn't the main villain, he was just the plot device to keep the series interesting
Or AL123, the Crystal King for his mini series was an ONI WARLORD of all things
It takes a mixture of time, patience and uniqueness to construct a successful stop motion series that fans of the show can genuinely enjoy, and also, don't be afraid to touch on darker topics! That's what these kinds of series are for! Don't be scared to touch on more intense topics like greater levels of violence and death
Cooperaceproductions have the same thing, they aren't scared to get SUPER dark, while their viewship is dying, it isn't because their content is bad, it is just people growing out of that interest and that isn't bad
