Hi Jamie, I have absolutely no idea what's best 🤣🤣 known me I've probs knackered it, I was just thinking treat it the same way as any other re charge battery, which is to completely discharge it every now and then and don't keep charging it if its at 80% but I honestly don't know Jamie, best ask the group if I'm honest lol 👌👍
