you cannot really do internal corners when using a folder, in fact it is very difficult to do it at all using machine, because you need to sew 60mm past the corner and the machine gets in the way. it is possible but often a two person job to man-handle the bit of the carpet you are not working on out of the way. Most people sew the last couple of inches by hand, it's tough on the fingers, but the neatest results. To get absolutely the best finish some people make the corner before offering it up to the corner, hand sewing the mitre(s) then using double sided tape to temporarily hold the binding tape in place before sewing.
