- The top is cut to width, veneer applied, brackets installed, hinges mounted on doors and doors installed, slides mounted on drawers and drawers installed, shelves installed, top is mounted ... and ... we're done!
Yes, the Sideboard is now complete!
Looks great, I like the hardware choices.
The handles were the customers choice. I really like the hinges, but still a little undecided about the drawer slides. I'm sure they'll be much better after a little break-in, but fresh out of the box they are a little hard to crack open. Apart from that initial opening tug, the slides are quite nice too.
For a novice it's so nice to see the tools and the tricks you use (ie. the ratcheted screwdriver for the top brackets and the Sharpie mark on the drill bit). 👍🏼 With ingenuity and patience you've created an excellent Sideboard!! 👏👏
Sometimes I don't realize I'm doing something unique or not obvious to anyone else. So when I catch myself doing something (like the sharpie mark on a drill bit) I'm trying to talk about that. If it can help someone else, great!
Wow. Very nice! Very professional. Congratulations
Thank you very much! And thank you for watching!
