    Ok so every time I crash at all I put my hands down and end up really hurting or even breaking my wrist. Is there any kind of support wrap I can wear to help prevent that or do I just need to not put my hands down?

      Allsport Dynamics and Mobius both make medical quality braces used by motocross/enduro racers, so they'll work for any MTB activity. There are cheaper options, but when you factor in surgery and PT spending the cost of a good helmet on your wrist isn't too much. Cheers.

    Learn from the motocross community and invest in wrist braces before you need them for rehab.
