Great video! I know for me having a coach really just helps having someone else to collaborate with and bounce ideas off of. Also, I've always just worked harder when I'm paying for something and being held accountable.

Bryce I am only 4 weeks into your free 16 week program as an intermediate advanced ish lifter and it’s going so damn well I feel like I should be paying you. This is the perfect amount of specificity and frequency for me I am so much more explosive and feeling good everyday I come in. Thanks so much for helping me break through this plateau

Best template I've ever used I jumped 45kg on my squat first time running the 8 week one. Love it.

Perfect video for me. I'm considering competing for the first time and think that a coach would be very beneficial to me leading into the meet. Thank you so much for the info, Bryce. Top-notch presentation, as always.

It's a placebo effect, you don't need a coach. Just imagine 500 dollars a month for a person to tell you something that you can easily research online and learn your body

I didn't hire a coach until 5 years of resistance training under my belt, but I wish I would have done it years ago.

Hey Bryce, what's your opinion of Juggernaut's A.I. coaching program, and just in general the idea behind A.I. coaching now and in the future? What are the positives and benefits of both, and do you think A.I. coaching could ever entirely replace the real thing?

My own experience was pretty rubbish. Never really adapted to my needs and in the end I actually detrained slightly and struggled to keep body fat down as the volume was always ridiculously low and I just never felt I was pushed. Wouldn't bother with it, at least not until the tech advances some. The a.i. just felt like a inadequate template that you would adjust yourself over time (with the correct knowledge base and experience of course). Not worth the money.

is there any difference between hiring a coach and a personal trainer for powerlifting though?

Hey Bryce, any link to a video on how to deal with an injury during a training cycle? Not sure how I’m suppose to move on and keep going with the program or what I am to do.

GuaMart _ unfortunately if you can’t do the program, you can’t do the program. If the injury is stopping you it’s best to go see a physio who works with athletes and focus on the injury recovery. You’ll gain more strength in the long term sorting out the injury now than pushing though it and making it into a severe injury and might put you out forever.
