That part where you talked about the split second conversation with yourself when the squat bar stops going up, it was an excellent description.

First and foremost... give Dillon a raise. Amazing stuff from him as always. That dude is talented beyond limits.
The part 8 minutes in where you talk about the split second during squats where you question why you do this and how you choose to win that conversation within yourself - you need to find a way to bottle and sell that prospective to the masses.
So good man. Keep it up. And thanks for all you give to your channel.

Learning that perspective has changed things for me, and I walk away with a bunch of lessons learned from this. Thank you Bryce, Dillon and everyone involved. For teaching me there's nothing wrong with me and how it's perfectly normal to feel pretty much everything you described. It's so easy to forget we're all just humans.

Great as one would expect no less from CBB boys. But once in a lifetime memorable moment for me was Mikes face @ 11:18. A year or so ago i have read all of his million training entries on RTS blog and i have seen reflexion of all those years in that one split second, especially for knowing how he himself was close to that 400. But it was not only his or Bryces journey, but also mine and all the other powerlifters. Reflexion of sport that is very rough but so worth it, reflexion of goals that you might get, or might get not, but whether you get them it does not matter that much in the end. Love you forever Mike T, Bryce, Dillon, everyone doing this.

Ran across this channel on accident and I think it is the best channel I have found yet about powerlifting. Visually sexy and I love how you talk about the mental part of the sport
