I loved the volleyball court, I haven't seen it in other builds, also the main room looks really cozy

Placing a TV in bedroom is never a good idea in Sims 1 (or any electronics) as it will wake up Sims.
Even if you turn it off & put Sim to sleep, another Sim might jump in & turn it on (especually if its more pricey one as Sims prefer using more luxury items)
