Please do flight leave exactly the time on the ticket. Because I have an appointment by 10am and the flight time is 8.20am So basically i need the flight to leave on time for me to make the appointment.

You can’t decide that most times… different circumstances can make them move the flight time. So next time try to book your flight much earlier than your appointment time.
