Could you do another video on sourcing? I'm having trouble finding good options and I live in a big city. How fast do you need to be on finding listings? What sources do you find furniture from?

Good question. We haven’t had that problem yet, no. If we do I wouldn’t be too worried though because we always try to add value to the couch by cleaning it or fixing it up in some way. Which makes it more okay to re-sell.

Those are some valid concerns for sure. Where we live, bed bugs are not a big thing at all. So we’ve never really had to worry about that. Before you go pick something up you could just ask them if they have experienced any bed bugs before with the couch. And with Covid just where a mask and you can always ask them to just leave it at the end of the driveway for a contactless pick-up!

Utah prices compared to Michigan Prices are insane 😅 most people over here (including me) get about $400-$500 for a used couch never seen any sell for more than that

Nope! No one has ever said anything to us. Because we are doing them a service by being quick and convenient with picking up the couches and adding value by cleaning them up!
As people post this all over the net and it trends, it's caused a mass of sofa flippers in each city. 1000 flippers fighting over the same five cheap sectionals on Craigslist. Flipping Market will collapse from these videos. Was nice while it lasted. No, 10,000 bums with pick up trucks are not going to be making $100,000 year and never have to work a job again lol.

What truck do you guys use ? To pick up all the sectional couches ? What would you guys recommend
I just have a 2008 Dodge Ram. So nothing special. Any truck should work. The bigger the bed of the truck the better though I’d say!

All on Facebook marketplace 😊 the cheap and free ones go within 10-30 minutes I would say so you gotta be on your toes and ready to message on it!
