Replacing the headliner on a Mercedes-Benz E220d W210

In this video, we're replacing the sagging headliner on the 1995 Mercedes-Benz E220d W210
The material used in this video is meant to be used on car headliners, it has the soft polyurethane foam already glued to the fabric.

The sunscreen flops originally didn’t have fabric, but that would have been a great idea.
But it’s too late now, the W210 has been replaced by a W211🙂

Persönlich würde ich KEINEN Sprühkleber verwenden, sondern alternativ ein Lammfell Mäuschen mit Rollkleber.
Dies hat den Vorteil, dass ich das Material gleichmäßig und in Ruhe auf den Träger auftragen kann.
Den neuen Stoff kann ich dann quasi in ein Kleberbett hineinlegen.
Es gibt dann nicht einmal kleinsten Stellen wie beim sprühen, wo späterhin ggf. Material fehlt.
So wird auf die Folgejahre bezogen , eine erneute Blasenbildung quasi ausgeschlossen!

Bon boulot mec , tu serais plus près de chez moi tu m'aurais refait le mien sur ma W210 ( 290 TD ) de 1997

How much fabric was needed for this? I found black suede fabric 72”X60” but don’t know if that’s enough to cover the whole thing
