Here a true story..i worked in the bank,a leading institution,Help Desk was run by someone with a B Com...total failure,marked down audit,security procedure for credit cards and cheque books not adhered to,so she got demoted , another person for another year,Degreee again,worse than before,my white boss( I am not white) says she going to place me ( only matric) in charge of whole banking hall,thats Help Desk and Tellers becos I'm smart, innovative etc...long story short...Pass the audit for the 1st tym in that region, personally won a Gold Award for Excellence....hahahaha dont let a piece of paper be a guide to brains, went on to build my own business,made money hand over fist,reared 4 kids successfully singlehandedly with no assistance from ex husband and that with a Matric Certificate...lol...now who wud have thought...
