Thanks! Could probably do it in about an hour if I wasn't faffing around with the camera, but I've made a few of these now and that's probably not realistic for someone's first go. But yes, it's not that hard, fingers crossed more people will take on the challenge!
That's great to hear! It can be a bit daunting but really isn't hard if you've got a bit of patience. Of course, power tools do need to be treated with respect, so a bit of nervousness is good for keeping the fingers
Very nice video 👍👍 I still need to make some sort of tool to pick my abloy classic. This step by step guide is amazing and I am shocked how fast everything was done 👍 great job 👍
Things come and go a bit on AliExpress so links won't be good for ever, but right now this works. Great tutorial! It would have been good to explain why you keep dipping the metal to water and what type of steel one should use for the picking tip if there are multiple options.
Thanks! Bench grinder is the cheapest one I could buy, £25 in Screwfix. I don't think they sell this exact one any more, but it doesn't matter, whatever you can get will do the job.

Hello! Please send me a link to the source material from which you make the instrument. What is the correct name for this product on Aliexpress?
Things come and go a bit on AliExpress so links won't be good for ever, but right now this works. You need 4*6 and at least 130 long

Very helpful,, thanks for this mate 😁👍🐝
You're welcome Terry!
Great video
Thanks!
Very nice work mate
Thanks!
Great tutorial! It would have been good to explain why you keep dipping the metal to water and what type of steel one should use for the picking tip if there are multiple options.
Yeah, that would have been useful, you're right. Not going to refilm it though, never mind
@@crispix Maybe add something to the description? It's not like it was missing a lot so it wouldn't make any sense to refilm the whole thing.
Good work but i have a question what is the brand on your bench grinder ?
Thanks! Bench grinder is the cheapest one I could buy, £25 in Screwfix. I don't think they sell this exact one any more, but it doesn't matter, whatever you can get will do the job.
Que buen Video!!!
Gracias!
Can you put the ally express link for ejector. I can't find 6mm sleeves

@crispix cheers Chris. I just got the pick from RWB with front and rear tips. Steve didn't have any spare pins and sleeves to make an abloy classic.
