Well what do you know, looks like Bukoos is "permanently closed" as the website says. So, they got caught on to, and closed within a year. Coincidence? I don't think so!
If packages were reshipped to consumer by supplier. They need to return it to supplier not sell it! It belongs to the supplier if the supplier had reshipped it to the consumers! Ridiculous.
This is so crazy! I had my website printed on ALL of my products and they still sold my items at that NPS store in Utah! These were our items that we created for our business to sell and they are our own intellectual property. No one EVER tried to contact us. In fact, they stole pictures from our website and listed the items on eBay! So clearly they saw the website printed on them! This makes me so mad! I had to purchase the items back from the eBay seller! So I had to buy my own items!
I worked at Con-Way freight, now XPO and we had a policy that if something was damaged, refund was given to customer and the damaged items had to be put into a dumpster and no employee could salvage it.
We shipped a package USPS overnight delivery to Atlanta GA. Took 3 weeks. When looking up trackjng, they shipped it back and forth to the same distribution centers several times before shipping to the recipient it was intended for. Whoever runs the supply chain process for that area is an idiot. . .
Used to work for FedEx Ground inside the Hub, and SWAK was one of my many Job, which was packages with incorrect address's on them, and if one was not able to be validated, we sent it back to the company that sent it, to handle any issues. Used to be upstairs as well for the Singulater at FedEx which if it saw a bad package label, it would shoot it off into SWAK.
When a package is sent and you never get the delivery. If they can’t show the location go to your local authorities and get a case number. Once you show this to the authorities and they can’t get your package, now you have the court to order them for a refund or get the package. They have x-ray machines, they know what is in the box
In addition to the label, ALWAYS hand write the delivery address with permanent marker on the box on a different side as the side that the label is on. Therefore, if the label side of the box gets damaged, there is another side with the information on it.
how about putting the box on the conveyor belt with the label face up ?, or better yet, do something about your conveyor belts as the seem to destroy ALOT of packages.
My package got lost in the Salt Lake City distribution center. It was $500 worth of merchandise. I filed a missing mail search. Looks like it's hopeless. I'm just going to contact the retailer to get a refund 😭 I don't think I can buy anything from the east coast again, it seems everything I get from New Jersey seems to get lost in Hodgkins、IL and SLC
Maybe UPS and FedEx aren't perfect but they're NOWHERE NEAR the ineptness of USPS!!! USPS also has a government auctioning site for lost packages and the total I hear is 88 MILLION lost packages a year! I've ordered mostly through UPS and they've never lost a package in many years. USPS is up to 4 lost packages already in only 5 years! The best for home delivery is definitely UPS, I live alone and work all day long, if I'm not home UPS will hold the package at a close by UPS store.
I haven't had any problems with USPS or ups but the idiots of FedEx have literally held a package in Los Angeles for the past six days and I only live an hour away from Los Angeles, the package is already 7 days late, the seller from Ebay was so embarrassed that he offered a full refund, anyway I ordered the same item yesterday via USPS and the item is already very close to my local post office which means I'll have this item in 4 days instead of the expected time of 8 days. So I guess everyone has different experiences, but right now I FedEx is by far more inefficient than ups and USPS.
@@awakeandalive4248 I had the same thing happen, my package was just sitting in a city an hour away from me for days. I finally called and they for some reason didn’t have my apartment number. So I gave it to them and I got it the next day. But I order from the company I ordered the package from a lot (Nordstrom) and I know my apartment number is on my account. I bet they use that excuse a lot. “We don’t have your apartment number mam” 🙄 But my point is…. maybe had you called the delivery service and not just the company you ordered from…they would have “corrected” your address and got it right to you. Who knows but now I know what to do if it happens again. Go directly to the delivery service!
My mom sells things on ebay and what she always does is actually tape the shipping label on the box with package tape and slips a copy inside the box. And only ship with reputable people.
Stop. Because I moved across country and lost so many packages. They said it was delivered. But once I got here and started unpacking. I quickly noticed I didn't have many boxes! So many Irreplaceable items !
Baloney. Look at 2:07 - his name and address is clear as day. Sir, if you're reading this message, it was I that sent you a post card alerting you to this youtube video. They didn't even give you the courtesy of blurring your info.
Those are addresses for UPS buildings, it was a box being sent between buildings there’s no customer information on that label. ‘UPS Overgoods’ is the department that deals with missing shipping information and damaged goods.
@@adamprice2676 If you would have bothered to look up the address you would see you that you are wrong, it is a residence that they had to get blurred out on google maps.
This shit pisses me off. I know ive lost over the last 10 years, 500$ worth of products that got "lost". I've got damaged packages, that arrive with half the order in it. Then my retailer takes the hit, and I never get the item.
Why dont you look at the addresses on those packages and see if you can figure out where they go. Addresses are missing, return addresses missing and totally screwed up addresses.
After a claim is made by the seller of the lost package, UPS writes is off on the insurance and pays the seller whatever they agreed to, making it UPS property at that point.
Well, I just had a package either lost or stolen from my address that was supposedly delivered by UPS on the Jan 20th. I submitted a claim and still waiting. They better do something. I can not afford to lose $275. They shouldn't just leave a package without a signature.
@@TotallyTubularFeyo I agree 100% with you. Most of the time, I don't even get a knock at the door. They just leave the package, and I live in a large apartment complex.

nah. because their insurance already paid out on lost package. the only way to send these back is to get the insurance payout back which i bet most senders and recipients aren't willing.
actually the conveyors don’t rip no labels they squish the box then they fall out or start leaking they take those items/packages and make it an overgood
Both of these companies are problematic, They are stealing packages from people😠 Smartpost/Surepost often comes up Missing, They call it a lost package🙄
I was able to get a refund on my undelivered order from ups through the help of iOSCYBERHACK on Instagram, he was able to reactivate a refund policy in 48 hours, I recommend him for a job well done
They never lose bills or sales fliers
Facts
Some how they lose bullion packages. Twice now for me.
When you print a mailing label, always make TWO copies - one for the outside of the box and another for the INSIDE!
Wow so let me get this straight it’s illegal to mess with peoples packages but they’re allowed to do it WTF

They still manage to “lose” it.
welp now i know what happened to my package
And then when you buy it on their site they lose it again and sell it once more! 🤣

How do they loose it if they have it to sell??? Can somebody explain that?
They probably give ppl time to report- to test the water so to speak. If nobody responds.....then VIOLA! MINE NOW!

They have to justify their insurance rates that far exceed rates that a insurance company would charge in a competitive environment.
If they need to keep it a secret then maybe they shouldn’t do it.
also put a shipping label of where its going inside the shipment
