Hi June, Thus was one of my first ever videos and i should really redo it and explain properly. Basically if I freeze the cheese sauce flat in bags, then I make the lasagne up cold and break the cheese sauce into pieces while still frozen layer it up and get it back in the freezer as quickjly as possible. If I am using a fresh cheese sauce ( as I did in this recipe, as made it that morning then I can pour on and freeze. I shall endevour to do a better explained video on this soon. hope the explanation helps.x
@@TheBatchLady hi, thanks , I did think that was probably the case . I have watched all your videos and I can honestly say you have saved me a fortune !! I now batch all the time and I love it. I Will never go back to the hassle and expense of daily cooking .. wish I had done it years ago, no more nipping to Asda for a packet of bacon and coming home with 3 pairs of jeans and a coat lol. Did you defrost sauce then refreeze
