If you look at it this way you’re keeping the shell of the house and just gutting out the inside of the house instead of just tearing it all down and starting from scratch which in the long run means if you just gut out the inside of the house you’re somewhat saving money by only buying lumber for the inside of the house versus buying lumber for rebuilding the entire house

Hi Paul, They have been hovering around buzzard barn, but I have not yet seen eggs. I think Mr. Oliver is making it sufficiently uncomfortable for them to nest. This may be our first year without baby buzzards. RS
