Cuando ví esta serie,allá por los setenta y tantos ,yo era joven aún; estaba en plena lucha por la existencia; esa lucha que te impone la vida para sacar adelante a tus hijos,tu matrimonio,tu profesion.El trabajo de mi marido lo tenía constantemente fuera de casa...aquel mes de verano nos vimos obligados a alquilar una casa cerca de la playa,ya que a nuestro domicilio habitual en ese periodo del año no subía el agua a la altura de un piso tercero; entonces,dadas las circunstancias y sin ayuda,me encontré a cargo de mis seis hijos,mi suegra y sin centrifugar la lavadora....a lo que íbamos: mi ilusion,el motor que apagaba todas mis penas era la llegada de las 4 de la tarde,en que la serie "La Linea Onedin",comenzaba con esa inigualable obra musical de Aram Khachaturiam,que me transportaba al septimo cielo,y me hacia sentir por hora y media casi feliz.
En verdad , esa serie tanto como otra tambien Inglesa , " Hard Times " , muestra e ilustran sobre las visisitudes de la vida y como el ser humano trata de vivir mejor . Algo asi vivimos los cubanos epoca tras epoca y goviernos tras gobierrnos . Un mejor año a todos . ✨️

I was less then 10 years old when I watched this remarkable serie and till today, I love it as I hear the soundtrack..takes me back to my childhood
