马来糕点Kuih Keria番薯甜甜圈的做法，外层酥脆，内里松软，超级好吃
食材：400克番薯、1勺盐、100克面粉、1勺粘米粉、食用油、3勺糖、2勺清水
1）把番薯去皮切片，准备一锅热水加1勺盐把番薯放入煮至熟软，大约15分钟
2）准备100克面粉、1勺粘米粉搅拌均匀备用
3）把煮软的番薯捞出，压成泥再加入调好的粉
揉成面团，再休面15分钟
4）手涂上食用油，取一部分面团揉成圆形再压扁再戳个洞就可以啦
5）热锅热油，把番薯圈下锅用中小火炸至定型，取出再二次翻炸再取出备用
6）锅留底油，加入3勺糖2勺清水，开中小火把它炒至融化出现多泡泡，就可以加入番薯圈一起快速翻炒，裹上糖就做好啦❤️
