I do really well with actually getting the footage, I just struggle with editing and piecing everything together. 🤦🏾♂️😂 I don't know why. I guess I get overwhelmed by all the different options and when to use what to get what and what to use to get such and such. Idk. Love the gimbal though.

Works great with iPhone 6S! (Didn’t know about the optical image stabilization issue with newer iPhones). Only issue I experience is my phone battery dying

What kind of phone do you use? Some people with iPhones seem to have issues with the Image Stabilization fighting with DJI Go's software. Did you turn off your stabilization or did you just not have any issues?

no. stick to version 1. i returned my V1 lastweek and got the v2 yesterday.. now planning to return the v2 .. the v2 is plastic, no rubber on the handle and like a toy from walmart.

Great review! I agree with everything you said. I am using it with an iPhone 8 Plus and when I used the gimble with my moment lense case with out them main lense I had to add weight to balance the gimble. About the weight of two quarters and a penny did the trick. When using the moment lense I had add quite a bit of weight but it worked!

Don’t know what extension rod are you using but here’s my question... is the DJI Osmo extension rod compatible with with DJI Osmo Mobile 2.
I’ve heard they’re not, which that would be odd, being these 2 made by same brand.

I love my osmo 2 it works so well. I liked the feel of the first osmo more, but I’ll take the trade for the extended battery life and the zoom. I highly recommend to anyone who wants more cinematic video without paying for a great camera. Most people have a great camera in their pockets, with ton of potential!

Software features like motion timelapse and hyperlapse make this a B-roll monster. Can't wait to get cracking with mine.
Hi Jeven, you always have the best videos I have a question... What would you say would be a better fit the DJI mobile 4 that's coming or the DJI pocket for filming myself riding on a big 36-inch wheel unicycle I want to selfie myself and take different clips around the unicycle so, basically filming on and off the unicycle mostly on it?
