We loved Virgin premium and in our experience was totally worth the upgrade. We used AMEX points and taxes were £148 each. We certainly wouldn’t pay £2,000 😅 each for this that’s for sure, when you can get a 2 week holiday for that! Let us know below if you’ve had a great experience flying Virgin premium economy 👇🏼

I'm so pleased you had a better flight experience this time around, and one that wasn't cancelled!!! 😡 . I've flown virgin many times, mostly economy but I've tried premium and upper once each. All have been great. Can't wait to see the rest of your trip. Looking forward to your SA trip. Love Cape Town and we spent 6 weeks touring SA last year and another 3 weeks in Johannesburg. Loved it so much we will be emigrating there in July 😊

South African husband want to go home and we have family out there. Hopefully there will be lots of visitors coming out to see us. I just keep thinking that this is my last UK winter. Happy retirement to us 🎉
Absolutely love Virgin. They have such great customer service and lovely aircraft. We had a ground delay because of fog and they came round with hot drinks in mugs, I commented that I loved the mug and they gave me a brand new one to take home for free!

What a great travel day we had! Firstly we got their on time and Sh*ttish airways didn’t delay us by 14 hours missing a hole day in Cape Town. Go Virgin Atlantic 🤭
Unfortunately normal people who don't get paid by you tube with a camera aren't as fortunate as yourself to afford this, and yes I lived in cape-town for 15 years and are going back in march. Did you know normal people budget????? . A plane is a plane and 12 hours on a flight is 12 hours I'm doing a return trip for £800 less than virgin ( premium) your out of touch with the real world imo
@stevexn just for your info premium travel is not our normal mode we’ve been saving airline points for a few years we certainly would not pay £2k each for a return trip and yes we do budget so don’t judge. PS also TH-cam doesn’t pay well this is a hobbie and we barely make money from this so be more considerate next time before you comment. We save every penny we work hard for to be able to take trips like this so I’d consider us as ‘normal people’ Thanks for watching though, appreciate it!

Absolutely love Virgin. They have such great customer service and lovely aircraft. We had a ground delay because of fog and they came round with hot drinks in mugs, I commented that I loved the mug and they gave me a brand new one to take home for free!
