Hello Sebastian, we paid through a package so unfortunately didn’t earn any bonvoy points. We signed up after wards though. The package doing Singapore 4 nights, Nusa Dua 3 nights and Ubud 5 nights was £2.2k each if that helps including all flights and transfers 🙂. Hope this helps and thanks for watching.

@@mrsc75 hello, so glad they have helped it can be overwhelming can’t it! We did take sea sick tablets for the first day or two and then didn’t feel the need to take them. We’ve just got onboard Arvia and have still brought some tablets with us just in case. James is the most sea sicky person I know 🤣 but he was absolutely fine, Iona/Arvia are big ships and to be honest can’t feel too much which is great :) I hope that helps :)

Thank you it was absolutely incredible the staff were amazing and really couldn’t have made James birthday more special if they tried 🥹 We got very lucky with the weather (I.e no rain) and were both hot weather people so definitely summer but saying that had it rained a lot whilst on safari we may have said their winter 😆

@ we’ve been looking at Tanzania Safaris but the luxury doesn’t seem as high

We have done so much research on Kenya and Tanzania and like you say they definitely aren’t as luxury so you have to spend a lot more than what you’d spend in SA. Would still love to do Kenya & Tanzania one day and Botswana and Zimbabwe are really high on our lists too :)

Yes the trails are fine I would say we see many people in that age range doing the walk but there is always the option of the troll car which is good :)

The food was soooo good! They do wine and chocolate pairings aswell which is soo yummy!

That’s a very valid question and we had the same questions before we went on our first safari! If you get time before your morning game drive I’d recommend having a coffee (natural laxative and all that) but if nature calls whilst on drive your guide will find a suitable bush for you. Would definitely recommend taking packs of tissues, maybe wipes and some nappy sacks with you, ohh and some hand sanitizer too :) We haven’t yet had to poop in nature but always prepared just in case 😆
