Hi sir offer and relieving email attachment is mandatory for BGV. If we have all the documents but don’t have email from employer regarding offer and relieving in that case what will happened.

nowdays most of the companies taking extara care for verifying. its better to take care while updating BGV forms
What if the previous employer didnt update DOE in the pf portal? I have the relieving letter though. Can i show my pf passbook or bank statement to show that i didnt do any dual employment?
yes, you no need to worry if you have relivining letter from your previus company..
And what if we don't have reliving letter
Sir, how to correct service overlapping dates in EPFO?
Employees cannot directly update their service history in the EPFO system.
The approach involves contacting your current or previous employers to get the issue rectified.
only the companies can able to fix, please connect with your previus emplyer if mistake from their side or connect with current one if mistake from here.
unfortunatly if you worked both companies at a time it will consider as Moonlighting

you already selected right ? did you received the offer ? if yes no need to worry they might be ask the reason. you can try to convey you have taken a course during that time, if its after degree we can say this easily and can arrange a document as course completion certificate also. don't worry on this here all the best
Sir my brother had 1.9 years of experience as software developer that company created pf they forced him to resign.
He is unemployed from 1.4 year since most of them r asking 3years of experience.
We r planning buy 1.3 year fake experience to fill carrier gap one consultancy guy said he will provide pf , salary slip ,bank statement & all bgv support if we pay 25k.
Will they come to know willl they check pf amount???
I have around 11.5 years of experience , 4.5 years in one company, then I started my own venture for 1.5 years and had to exit from it,during business days i usually was not taking any salary as those were the initial days,nor my company is listed in portal,however i can provide the document in which it is clearly mentioned I was the director of the company from so and so date (in mca portal), after that i took 1.5 years break to exit from the company and looking for potential buyer and closing formalities and looking for the job again, after 1.5 years I got the job and I have worked in different companies for approximatley 5 years , now with this digi locker will it create any problem?

I absconded from X company because of better offer from y.
Already worked with Y more than a year and now switching to Z company
Now PF statements are overlapping for 60 days for X and Y company, but I have all the documents of absconded company like offer letter, releiving letter, and also absconded company X has updated the exit date on my pf account.
is it overlapping your work experience ? if in that case companies may conider as moonlighting, howver no need to worry nowdays companies are acceptibg this type of small overlaps. however please be carefull in future. all the best.

MNC bpo how do BGV
I worked in 3 companies and I got the offer from 4th company(MNC). While working in the first company I did a part time job for 1 month, for that I took the approval from my company. I didn't mention that part time company in the resume. They sent a link for digital verification and I completed it. That part time job company name is showing in the PF portal. Will that be a problem?
Kindly approach the HR of your part time job company with supported documents and get it resolved from it.

I worked in Organisation 1 from 2020-2022 with pf and bank statement and having all paperwork (except form 16) for bgv, and was placed in Organisation 2 and performed well and was relieved, but before joining org 2 I took form 16 (2020-2022) with XYZ company for loan purpose.
I was just placed with Organisation 3 and they are requesting justification for the overlap between ITR and PF service history.
Please advise on how I may justify this.

Hello sir, I have worked on 2 company. In first one i didn't deduct any pf. But from 2nd company i opt the pf after 4 month later. But when I see the service history column i see two member id for same company even 1st member id have same date DOJ and DOE and second one Start after 4 month.for this reason my BGV verification get failed.
Please suggest me the options?
t seems like there might have been an administrative error or oversight regarding your PF (Provident Fund) deductions and member IDs.

I have already discussed with my Finance team directly but he said that now it's not possible to remove 1 entity from the page. If you have any way to do this so please tell me the process and i will discuss with my Finance team again 🙏

You can explain to your new employer that you don't have PF for the previous company and provide them with the necessary documents for your recent company. and to explin about the previous company tell that you have bank statement and confirm if need we can collect from banker or i am ready share the PF in live. just to say we are confident that our experience is genuine..hope you got the point..

its depends on company, if you rejects to provide details they may think your documents are not genuine.
in digiverification will they check for previous Visa refusal and all?
in rare cases only they can check Visa Refusals like if you are applyoing for job in other country or you have to relocate after job these cases. and its depnd on company to company

It's great that you managed to complete your B.Tech while working! i.e means you completed graduation on Distace mode ?? if yes it wont effect your BGV, howver it matters from which university you complted the degree / Btech. if its a approved university then nothing to worry about BGV
By EPFO passbook can they verify my salary silp is real or fake....iam having 40k salary but edited to 50k ..i joined n working for 10days

Not with Passbook, if they ask your banck statement it may cause issue. honelsly when you have genuine expericen no need to make fake pay slips, we can able to convince to get better packge , please avoid to mall practice in salary case.
