It’s now September, 2021, and this one is coming up on 6 years old. It is one of the first ones of his I ever watched, and just watched it again. Scott has certainly come a distance, eh? We are lucky to have such a guy share his skill and love of cooking (and eating!) with us. Best to Scott, and to you all, JSB from St. Louis USA
Only thing wrong Scott, we poor peasants don't get to dine with the King of TH-cam. Another gem Scott, thanks for great year, see you in 2016 I hope. You and your family have a wonderful day tomorrow and all the best for the New Year.
Scott, such a simple glaze but I know exactly how good it is. My mom has been doing it for my whole life. You get the tangy notes right away and then a sweet aftertaste. For the life of me I can not remember ever having Colman's mustard so I am looking for it when ever I hit the grocery store.
I absolutely LOVE your channel! Not only is it fascinating to see the differences in cuisine between our countries, but your knife skills, your sense of humor and vastly improved video production skills make me look forward to every new video you put out. Thank you, my friend, and Merry Christmas from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
Scot, I really appreciate your videos and have made quiet a lot of you recipes, I hope to see you back next year. I hope you and yours have a safe and happy break Regards Steve
Merry Christmas to you and your family, Scott!! Stunning product again, as usual! Thanks for a year of fun and cookery and here's to 2016! All the best!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Texas! Your channel was a topic of conversation at the deer hunting camp recently. I have enjoyed your channel this year and look forward to more next year.
If i don't eat all the cooked rind in one go ( chef's perks), i chop it finely and add it to my black pudding mix. Melts away and certainly enhances the flavour.
Merry Christmas have a great day another fabulous cook up. just made your pork and tomato sausages and having made quite a few over the last couple of years i was amazed how much a difference soaking the bread crumbs made. best sausage ever. cheers Les.
great work found your channel on here last night and have not been able to stop watching butchering coking and top it off with the madness love ya work.
great Video Scott, thank you for taking the time to make these videos I have learned a lot of great stuff watching your videos. Thanx again from the Hills of Tennessee..
Hey Matte from USA in Philadelphia, PA suburbs. I am a vegetarian bodybuilder but that looks delicious. I do cheat every now & then. I had some KFC chicken the other day. I felt really bad eating it knowing its not good for me. After looking at your channel its getting harder & harder to stay vegetarian. Happy Christmas & New Year's
Christmas time, when the gammon hams r particularly big and usually on offer-il buy a huge ham and I will pull out my meat slicer and cut thick gammon steaks and freeze them, along with lumps of ham to boil also.in particular, your cut of ham in this video is just the best and doesn’t need any more words.👌👌
Got to say that i love you're choise of mustard, i myself use only colman's. But i do buy the powder and boil my own mustard, perfect combination of sweet and kick :D
Awesome year and awesome videos Scott. Hope you have a wonderful Christmas and a Happy New Year! Can't wait to see what other videos you make this coming year. God Bless.
Merry Christmas and a happy New Year, Scott. This looks epic, and will be doing my gammon on Boxing Day along with a stuffed pork loin (also from your channel.) Thanks again mate, keep up the great work!
Beautiful Ham, Scott. Not to worry about the flaky Mic. I've learned that microphones are usually the weakest link in making videos, so I usually have a second voice recorder backup. Merry Christmas to you and all you family, Scott.

New subscriber this year Scott. I've loved your videos all year round. I wish you a lovely Christmas and a great New Year and I'll look forward to lots of new videos next year. Keep it up pal!
Great video!! When we were kid in Kenora, Ontario, Canada. We used to fight over the skin on the ham!! It seems these days the skin is thinner that back then. LOL
Love Colmans mustard !!! I get the dry in the cans and mix as I need it, seems to be hotter that way. Just wish they made industrial size cans, those little one hardly last a week :( :( :(
The sugar looks like muscovado and not demerara? Great video though will definitely be doing my ham this year like this. Thank you Scott :) I love how you slice it not too thick. I do so hate big thick slices whether it be ham or turkey.
Damn... It's 5 AM, I've been up all night, and now I'm drooling and wondering where I can get one of those Gammon Hams! Curse you, Scott Rea/Bless you, Scott Rea!
THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! FOR THIS PAST YEAR!!! Scott, cannot tell how much I LOVE this channel. I've learned so much with my venison skills, and the dishes. how can you top this year? the only thing I can thing of is you cooking whale or elephant? lol! just a quick question about this ham, WHY JUST 8 PEPPERCORNS? I'm a pepper "fiend", I would think you would use much more? anyways, I wish you the merriest holidays, and certainly look forward to more of your great talents soon! Chris
Do you have any advice on how to properly do a lamb leg roast (boneless)? Normally, I just grill them, but I was thinking of doing something different this year.

WOW. Looks great. I have never seen a ham cut like that before. Usually in the US they are with the bone in or ground up and shaped like a ham.
If i don't eat all the cooked rind in one go ( chef's perks), i chop it finely and add it to my black pudding mix. Melts away and certainly enhances the flavour.
