    Sometimes I start to tear up and then I think “why am I crying? I am way too sensitive” and then I cry even more because I feel so pathetic💃

      Me too exept i don't cry i ask myself
      "do i have worth?,am i pathetic, what is my worth, am i supposed to keep living?, and the most concerning is i ask myself alot when my sister passed away
      "why can't i do anything right,why can't i just die why can't I just replace her she's more intelligent more greater more kind and she has more friends while me? Alone sad nervous scared speechless and dumb so why why did she have to pass away why can't i just replace her in the coffin?
      I think I might have been suffering from depression am i?

      I am sorry for your loss, I am really bad at comforting so don’t mind that. But please think about how much your sister would have suffered if you took her place. I won’t tell you to “stay strong” or “everything will be fine” but instead I promise you that there is someone out there who cares for you, loves you, doesn’t want anything bad happening to you. I don’t know if you are really open with your parents but talk to someone you trust. It depends from person to person, but I like to talk to my friends instead of keeping everything to myself.

      bladed mortal Her time here was done, but you still have more growing and learning to do. Your anxiety seems extreme. I have significant anxiety, but I got help, and I feel better. I hope you can get help so you will feel better too.

    Constant feeling of fear
    Too scared to ask teachers anything
    Too scared to sneeze or cough in class or in a library, etc
    Terrified to answer the door
    Too scared to get close to anyone
    Trust issues
    Scared to go into the grocery store or really any store
    Constantly changing your outfit scared that someone or some people are going to judge you for it
    Just an overall feeling that people are constantly judging you
    Feeling terrified and like you wanna cry for the whole week or longer if you accidentally embarrass yourself a little bit
    Mind is constantly racing
    Tried to blend in as much as you can and not draw any attention to yourself
    People pleaser
    Extremely introverted but secretly wants to hang out with people
    Hates yourself because you can’t talk to others like extraverts can
    Feels uncomfortable at family events and feel like you don’t belong

It's weird though, a lot of the times when I shake my whole body like vibrates (don't think it's ever something ThAt visually noticeable), my stomach tenses from the vibrating making me feel nauseous, and I'll yawn a lot making my hands shake even more uncontrollably...wow, I didn't know any of this was normal with anyone else, just thought something was wrong with me..

    i feel bad for my mom for not knowing what im experiencing, she always asks me to warm my body because my hands and feet are always cold she is very mad because of this but she doesn't know something :) i really want to tell my parents but i can't i barely talk, never leave my bed
    i feel anxious even when im with my dad too he always asks me "why do you breathe like that?"
    i need help no one knows it but im seeking for help not attention

    a lot of people need to understand, though, that everyone gets anxiety and everyone gets anxious, but it isn’t the same as actually having the disorder anxiety. having anxiety and being diagnosed with it is much worse than just being nervous for something that is normal to be nervous for.

      You’re right. I know because my parents have it to. They told me when I told them about it. They just...don’t have it as bad as me. I’ve had these symptoms since I was 6 maybe not that severe and I never knew what it was from so I just ignored it. So I was good at hiding it. It got worse though. You can feel these symptoms you know even though you didn’t just watch the video.
      I have childhood Truama to, (then anxiety happens.)

    my anxiety:
    -scared to be left at home alone (i'm 15)
    -scared to answer the door
    -assumes any noise when i'm alone is someone trying to break into the house
    -scared to raise my hand in class
    -scared to let my dog off a lead, or to let her be with other dogs
    -constantly changing into different outfits because i'm scared people will judge me
    -people pleaser
    -get's attached to friends and assumes i have done something wrong when they are acting different
    -self concious to eat infront of people who i'm not close with
    anyone relate?

      I relate to all of that..but now i can sometimes wear things without being scared of what other people think because i totally like the way i dress now and get a lot of compliment from my friendx so i'm more confident about that now, even tho it still sometimes stress me out, also my "technique" to lift my hand in class because i'm still too anxious to do it :
      1. I lift my hand when the teacher is near me so only them can hear what i said (because i also have a low voice and don't really like to speak loudly in class ect..), also i try to be in the desk near the teacher's desk mostly because of my glasses but also to try to participate more too
      2. I noticed that i lift my hand more easily when i'm in a small class (like in my history-geography, or German class because there is less people and i know most of them)
      I'm really proud of me but i still have so much to change but it gradually get better and i'm really happy (also one thing i'm really proud : i succeed to talk to some random people in my school because i saw that they had the same interests as me, but of course there was a friend with me because it would be too hard, and i talked to them for 7 min without being too stressed or awkward and i'm so happy ! ^^)

    So anxious I can’t even answer my best friends calls
    Everyone tells me how icy my hands and feet are
    If somone even looks at me fir a second in a weird way I will turn red and get all anxious and paranoid

    I have a gap in my 2 front teeth. It is one of the many things that give me anxiety. I think I’m super unattractive and my anxiety makes me think that everyone cares so much about how I look. Does anyone ever get super nervous at school and when they you get in the bathroom finally you breathe so heavily and think, “I made it.”

    I can't be the only one who takes like 5 quick yawns at a time and my feet are always cold and my hands are always sweaty and everytime I'm near something that makes me anxious I start to shake and I always thought that was just me getting the chills or being cold but little did I know

      I’m genetic I already had the courage to tell my mom and dad and they said they had it to. I already know mine is genetic. Mine is just...more severe than them 😭 they don’t understand how bad it is. Plus I can just feel it, even if you aren’t diagnosed with anything you can just feel EVERYTHING

      i agree with the fact that you shouldn't self diagnose as a professional would, but i think if you agree with several points of this video you should dive into the topic a little further and keep in mind that you might have anxiety. Just brushing your problems off cuz you aren't a professional is no good.
      (In case i didn't make it clear: I'm saying to keep in mind that you might have anxiety and, if possible, get it treated/diagnosed. I'm saying to not run around saying you've got anxiety cuz of a video you watched.)

    I experience
    1. Excessive yawning
    2. I sweat a ton at random times of the day
    3. I zone out in class a lot. It’s like I can’t control it. My body does it by itself and I can’t remember anything I heard.
    4. Every time we pull up to school my stomach starts to hurt like a nervous feeling. And it hurts really bad.
    5. If I want to get a tissue, cough, or go to the bathroom in school I have to wait for someone else to do it before me to make sure it’s ok
    6. And I CANNOT do eye contact. I’m horrible at that 😖😔

      In all honesty I think you should talk to a counselor or someone like that.
      I can relate with number 4 and 3 (though for some reason I’m very good at maintaining eye contact) and I’m talking to a counselor at my school and it’s sorta helping (it’s new to me)
      But yeah.
      And don’t be afraid to get help! I promise it’s not as daunting as it seems

      Sorry to hear that, I have had many of those problems. I've been diagnosed with anxiety. You should talk to a school counsellor at least, or your doctor, the sooner you do the sooner you will get some help.

    I'll be honest here: Sometimes I don't even feel like a human being. I feel constantly overlooked by my peers in everything I do, and like everyone uses me for my good grades. It gets stressful. I had severe anxiety when I was in kindergarten, and it's definitely gotten better through the years, but it still lingers all the time. It's always in the back of my mind, just waiting for that perfect time when there's complete silence so it can expand my insecurities. Anyone else feel this way or only me?

      Asks BFF if I’m can go to the bathroom.
      *instantly has mental breakdown and cries in the bathroom* wipes away tears in a flash and acts natural so BFF saw nothing.

      @@angelacavon4073 I totally understand you, a few weeks ago I was panicking for 8hours straight. My heart was racing soooo fast and I could literally hear it. My whole body was shaking, I was sweating but had goosebumps the same time. First I was hot, then really cold. I couldn't control my breathing. I got dizzy and my stomach hurt. And on the inside I was just thinking why did you do that, she will think that you are stupid and weak, you won't survive this situation, you will forever regret this. And all of that just because I sent an email to my teacher asking for help which I usually never do.
      And on the inside I was crying, and after the panic attack was over, I burst out in tears.

    I often feel like I'm dreaming, feeling so weak and feeling that I'm going to pass out. I ask friends if they can wake me up with "slapping" me or just waking me up. When that happens I'm scared to do anything cuz I can't realize that it's not a dream. I'm scared to have something special in my hands cause I may drop it. I feel like floating sometimes too.

    About three years ago I had an extreme anxiety of strangers watching me through windows and then trying to murder me in some way (usually with a gun). I would avoid being in front of windows when it started to get dark which basically led to me just hanging out in the hallway of my house. It’s gotten much batter tho and I’m glad. I was quite young and still am so I kinda got rid of the worry as I got a bit older.

    This literally made me tear up. I’ve struggled with almost every single one of these symptoms for as long as I can remember (especially clammy hands/feet, gas, and spacing out) until I got on medication for anxiety and never realized these were because of anxiety.

    1) Dizzy for practically the rest of the day
    2) Nauseous
    3) No appetite
    4) Shaky
    5) Cold
    6) Heart palpitations
    7) Back pain
    8) Head feels like its burning
    9) Digestive issues (cramping, gas, diarrhea etc)

      Jazz Jullia my hands and feet are always cold. They have been cold ever since I was little, it doesn’t matter if it’s blazing hot outside my hands and feet are always cold but it’s mostly my hands that are always cold more than my feet.

    Fun fact- if you feel a panic attack coming on one thing you can do is first count five things in your room four things you can touch three things you can see two things you can hear, and one thing you can smell
    Another thing I invented is that count your fingers four times. Then say “one, two, three, I’m back to reality”

    Its so annoying when anxiety is quiet example:
    You can just stare, you try to talk but too weak to do anything. And crying for help on the inside. You want people to ask what's wrong or notice, but no one ever does. When you feel like you're gonna faint/die. After anxiety is done you laugh at your self because you always end up ok in the end and tell yourself to remember that when anxiety I happening but all you can think is "I'm gonna die" "Help" Its sad not gonna lie.

    It happened to me. I got anxiety when I'm too stressed and feels that I can't complete everything on time or feels that I'm not good enough.
    There are times that my hand and feet got really cold, my body becomes really stiff, and I started to cry, thinking that I'm hopeless. My heart beats really fast too.
    I got no choice that I have to stay on bed and skipped class because my body is really cold and I can't stop crying. I was feeling embarrassed to open up about it at first, but then I decided to tell my friend and my family about situation. And what really touch me is that they comfort me and tell me that I can always talk to them and they will be there for me.

    Im 15 yr old, my dad died 5 months ago, since 5 months I have anxiety issue and I can't able to explain the symptoms to my mom it seems so dramatic I have so many wierd symptoms I feel that my dad is talking to me or calling me that makes me more anxious

      I do too!! especially if it's something that really sets my anxiety off. If I know prior about a high anxiety situation I tend not to eat until afterwords. But I STILL end up getting the shits multiple times lol.

      Anxiety is caused from behaviour (worrying/fearing) and releases cortisol which is the stress hormone and over time it will cause hypersensitivity and hypertension as well as hyperstimulation which is where the effects come from I had GAD which is a anxiety disorder I had it for 3 years what slowly brought me into it was alot of bad things happening at once but ive never been better now no symptoms or anxiety

    And after all this time of my symptoms being dismissed, like being out of breath often and constantly being either very cold or very hot, it may not be a separate diagnosis, but a symptom of my anxiety. Very informative!

    I actually didn't know the zoning out thing was anxiety. I've always done that, plus a couple of other things you mentioned. I also get stomach aches often and usually when I eat. I'm not sure what it is, and my mom wont take me to the doctors for it. We think it may be anxiety, but I think its something else plus the anxiety that makes it really bad. But oh well, lol.

      I have the same problem, when I eat something my stomach hurts, I was in hospital because of this but they didn't find anything, I've got some medicine but it isn't helping much...(medicine is for malfunction) (Sorry for grammar- english is not my native language)

      I am not certain myself.
      What i get unbalanced by, is that only a few of these fit.
      My constant fear and panic is like a shadow, and i may spend much time thinking about it if i don't got enough means of distraction.
      The worry i carry may be of recent events from my holiday.. I hope i don't have a starting Anxiety.
      I also hope it goes better for you all, this just doesn't seem good in any way..

    My legs shake.
    I want to eat something.
    I go to the toilet a l o t.
    I sweat.
    I mumble.
    I play with things.
    I pull out my hair (if I'm really anxious).
    I itch myself.
    I can't concintrate.
    I feel unreal (like out of my body).
    My heart races.
    I cry.
    I sweat and feel cold at the same time.

      avoid eye contact,
      mumble,
      fidget,
      sweat when someone calls my name,
      and I think everyone is staring at me so I don't do anything like laugh or talk a lot. I hate being the center of a group 😑 but I want attention smh😡. Idk what's up with me.

    I didn't realize an out-of-body experience was described that way. MANY times I feel like nothing I do or nothimg I'm around is real. But sometimes I think I have a very small bubble of reality, until I touch something, it's not real. When I turn away, it's not there. Anyone else experience this?

      Chrissy Noelle I’m pretty sure that’s called derealization-I experience this sometimes as well. I usually meditate to help ground myself so that my derealization is less frequent.

    I was diagnosed with general anxiety like 7 years ago and only this year did I find out it messes with your gut. This has explained the past 10 years of my life. Also I had no clue that phantom ringing also impacts hearing the vibrate of your phone!!!! Explains so much of my life to me.

      Man i thought i was the only one. I didn't know how i could explain this feeling. I don't have this experience often but a few years ago when it just started,when i didn't know what it was, i got sweaty and my heart was racing. But i understood what it was and i try to focus on something else and maybe switch "location" if that make sense? Go into another room or something. And tell yourself it gets over. Don't let the bad thoughts overcome your mind.

      don't worry there are lots of people with this feeling,is called derealization. I've had it for almost 3 years ,you can even search on youtube to see more people who experience this,if you ignore it it will go by itself,don't be scared. There is a solution for this but the best thing you can do is to ignore it..just live your life! (Also sorry for my bad english)

      Yes me too! Sometimes when I’m laying in bed at night I think, “Is this actually me? Is this actually my life? Is this even real? Is this a dream? Why am I so different from everyone? I’m just going to die after all.” And then i get nervous and anxious and i get sad all of a sudden and scared.

    i didn't know about the phantom ringing, when I talked about hearing a vibrating sound coming out of nowhere with my therapist, he told me it was nothing and I started ignoring it. I'm glad now I know about it.

    The out of body experience is the worst, it's like feeling you're on your own world, u can't process things, think or feel like a normal human all the time, I just feel like my mind is lazier than it's used to be and I can't focus and carry on a normal conversation without stressing myself so much. I'm just so tired of it and I don't know how to return back yk..
