      @Pawan Kumar You probably have social anxiety. Just find what the real cause is like; is it because you feel like other people's talks are boring, you are not comfortable because you feel inferior, or is just that you care too much about how you look

      @Pawan Kumar if you feel bored talking to people, read books. They're alot smarter than many people. Not novels, but books with life lessons and stuff on how to achive the things u hope to in life. In about 10 years, the compounding effect would make you multiple times better than people that seem "loud" and "cool" today..or those that feel you're weird for not having alto of friend and being outspoken. Plus, I feel every introvert has that one thing that can't be separated from them..something that they could talk to someone about and not get bored fast. For me, it's business. Try to look out for someone that shares ur interest : ) and if you don't find someone fast, don't let go of your own intrest to be able to relate to others. Accept you for who you are and read books..seriously they'll do more good in the long run : )

And my mom compare me to others which hurts eventhough i know she didn't mean it. This can affect a person 's character, their self esteem will become low. Since I was a small child...I’ve felt this way. I’m old now...no more pretending to be someone I’m not. Being funny, being sociable, talkative....I could do that for years. I thought I had to. 🤷🏼‍♀️. No...I have learned that I’m just fine being the way I am. In fact...i live alone...and I make myself laugh. I barely go anywhere but I’m content, happy and grateful. I’m old...have a few health issues...my life has had many peaks and valleys...but I’m still here. 73 yrs. old. And I love all beings ....deeply. 💫🥰. Yesterday I was speaking to a huge praying mantis sitting on my little deck. She/he turned around to look right at me when I said ‘well, hello there’. So amazing. I’m an introvert but after I got into college, spend time focusing on knowledge, i found confidence. I’m ready to speak up or stand out. It’s not because I turned into extrovert, but because I knew myself is valueable. I earned it when I focus on myself rather than finding way to be fit in or to be invited to parties. I might not good at opening conservation, but when ppl come to me, I treat them with the most honesty, and I think that’s why introvert are actually very good at bonding and communication, which we are usualy being taken granted of. No matter what, focus on yourself, fix your problems.

    I relate to this so much, I am too unfocused especially with the Internet when you see so much and you want to do much, but you don't do anything. What I understand is to acknowledge most but at the same time to put them in a place, so you focus on your task...

    It's not about being an introvert or extrovert. You don't have to be the most well-known person in the world, you just have to know what your goals are and what steps you need to take (and actually do them) to achieve them.

  • @kend7597

    I really liked what he said about not judging, labeling, and categorizing people using such terms like introvert and extrovert. ultimately, we are not who we were yesterday, we don’t know who we will be tomorrow, leaving us with the present moment where, if you stop identifying yourself with your mind, you can be whoever you want to be.
    we must become aware and conscious human beings again. Thank you Sadhguru for your wisdom 🙏🏼

    • @ryx964
      @ryx964 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      No dude if we don't categorise one as introverts or extroverts then the introverts will feel inferior to the extroverts and will try to change themselves leading to stress and then the introvert starts to feel as he is not himself and it is not wrong categorising them I agree with your point but still there is nothing bad in being an introvert or an extrovert extroverts are confident on the other hand introverts are good listeners and there are strengths and weaknesses of all people.......

    • @hjonas46
      @hjonas46 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      no this is becoming an idea far constructive. In my mind introvert is merely a term in which we could comfortably express that there’s a subgroup of individuals that do not desire to be in the presence of many people. For many people includes many other minds in which think different, so in fact that the referred subgroup does not seem intrigued to study or develop connections with all these minds. For more constructive ideas could be made in fewer capacity or amounts.
