My digitizer started freaking out, touching in random places and being unresponsive, in addition to the sunburn peeling effect. I decided that, instead of replacing the radio or entire LCD screen, that I would try to replace just the digitizer with a generic digitizer.
The replacement I got was 88mm x 155mm, I believe the original was 87mm x 156mm. The one I got fits perfectly without any adjustments necessary.
Search EBay for "digitizer 88 155" and make sure you get one that has the cable on the bottom right.

I just wanted to comment to say THANK YOU! You saved me some serious $$$. It was a bit tricky and it took me a couple tries taking it apart and putting it back together because I kept getting ribbon cables not quite connected all the way. Also my first attempt of marrying the two ribbon cables for the digitizer didn't have good contact. It was well worth the effort! Thank you!

Hey man- fantastic video. You’ve prob been asked this 100 times. I have a Jeep Sahara 2011 with the same RHR as you but I can’t find a digitizer with a right-sided cable. Did you have a link for that product? Really looking forward to doing this.
That's a great looking site, but that is really expensive I think I paid like $20 for mine on eBay. Unfortunately I was unable to find it again. I am sure some of the others with the longer ribbon could be modified a bit to work as well though. If anyone else is able to find it, please share!

Hello. I did this to my type REZ MyGig stereo, and followed your great routine to the letter as you have shown, and I thank you for that because it worked fine, but when I put it back into my Chrysler Grand Voyager, the screen asked me to input the anti theft code number which I wasn't given when I bought the car, so I couldn't enter it. I could not get it to work again without the code. That is not your fault I know, but I notice on yours you have a 4 digit number on a white sticker, is that your model code for your MyGig? Can you help me at all in obtaining my code as here In Scotland there are no longer any Chrysler dealers at all and I have no idea what to do. Help! Please.
Hi Paul, that is unfortunate to hear. Unfortunately each unlock code is unique to that radio. However, you should just be able to start the vehicle and it will unlock if everything with the computers matches up. That happened to me and when I started the car it unlocked. If the radio was swapped from another vehicle though I don't know if it will unlock automatically like that. I know there are unlocking services online that you can use to get the unlock code I think you just give them your serial number. You could even try calling a dealer here in the states and explain your situation and they might be able to give it to you

Hi, I have the same 430n, but I only found on eBay an 89 mm X 155 mm. If it does not fit what kind of adjustment I need to do ? Thanks
You might be fine, worse comes to worse you would need to cut some plastic away on the front frame.

Hey thanks I'm glad it's helping others out. Unfortunately the RHR is the only one I have, but it would appear that they are the same. I would take it apart really quick just to make sure.

I'm sorry I don't know for sure. I would assume it's the same, but I only have this model. Look at the model of the radio, it'll be rhr, rer, etc. Then Google a display for or and see if you can find a picture of the LCD open.
I bought my display screen on Amazon for 45.00 .

It's been great no problems at all so going strong. I think I did put a piece of foam in there to to kind of put pressure when the case was put back on to hold them together as well

So I got a 2011 the glass piece is cracked and the panel and everything else is broke half the screen shows but the rest is black and white. What do u think should I do? Everything else works tho sound, aux, on and off and even the eject screen
I am sorry to hear that, sound like the display itself has broken, not just the digitizer. Unfortunately you're going to have to replace the whole display assembly. You may be able to find one on eBay, just search for your mygig model and year and you should be good.

It depends, what kind of head unit do you have? What are the there letters on the front? (RER, RHR)

What adhesive glue did you use?
Hey, I just used normal super glue to adhere it, but I would recommend something else. Mine has come loose after a few years. Thankfully it doesn't really move inside the housing enough to be a problem, but it does ever so slightly enough that you can tell it's not glued anymore. If it ever gets bad enough I'll pop it off again and try something else.
Where do I find the touch screen for that model

I posted a more recent link in another comment on here, try that one. Unfortunately they don't stay up for long so you just have to search until you find one that matches.
My screen came with the double sticking tape, from Amazon.
