Shame you don’t punish the door barrels. Biggest flop in fords history the drivers door barrel. Shocking. The rest of the van is great

Do you test it fully loaded? You need to make it as real as possible.

Carsten Hansen good point. I had a custom and when it didn’t have much in it was very bouncy. I just got a new transit and with little in. Max 200kg its is fairly smooth

They get tested empty as well as at full loading capacity, full front axle cap and full rear acle cap.
