Hello American Gangster, just imagine if the Mafia game was turned into a live action movie? Starring Robert De Niro as Don Salieri, maybe Matt Damon, Mark Wahlberg, Leonardo DiCaprio as Tommy, Sam, and Paulie, Jack Nicholson as Frank, should definitely include Al Pacino as Don Morello, and Joe Pesci as Morello's henchmen. That could be a masterpiece movie since the Godfather, Good Fellas, A Bronx Tale, etc if directed right, and if the movie follows the original Mafia game story 100%. Most video game movie sucks because the directors always change the main plot, and create something entirely different from the main video game story. The only good video game movie ever made was MORTAL KOMBAT!!!

Scarface was good but I never got very far in the story because my disc was damaged but yeah I would also like to see Scarface remade. I always liked playing the mansion shootout at the beginning of the game, I've played that part so many times.
I've played GTA V, and in my opinion, i think even this is a bit better than GTA V hand to hand combat system, even GTA San Andreas hand to hand combat system is better than GTA V's one XD, i mean, if we talk about hand to hand, with melee weapons i think it is another story, but like i said, in hand to hand it's a bit better in my opinon, the problem i see is the animations that look like they get cut off and (this one is based on what i saw in this video) that the NPC's don't do any other thing than just punch, they don't dodge and don't seem like a real threat, another thing is that in the cutscenes the punches don't look powerfull and they seem really slow and fake (unlike the punches sounds which in my opinion they sound pretty good, reminds me of RDR2 punches sounds), obviously there are exceptions, this is my opinion. (Sorry for the big text XD)

I'd watch any gangster movie with that cast. I liked the Godfather Game, that could be an awesome game if they remade it.

So the hand to hand combat is boxing + improvised and hidden weaponry
we don't push in boxing , just attack after dodge the punch

A major downgrade from the original, you cannot hit, just counter-attack that makes melee fights so repetitive and borring.
You can hit without it being a counter but countering just works better.
You can hit, maybe your controller doesn’t work properly lol
