Max Payne 3 is a masterpiece for lots of reasons and deserves so much love and respect, its one of my favorites and I've played it through at least 3 times, its just superb from the insane graphics to the voice acting.
I fuckin love Max Payne 3. On my first playthrough I didn't immediately catch on that an automatic bullet time kill signified that an area was clear. Because of this, I assumed I was finished but some dude hiding under a table popped up and shot me point blank range in the head. I had perfect health and the game setting was on hard. Blew my mind!

Max Payne in 3 feels so old and heavy and slow until you watch his animations paired with John Wick, make Mr. Wick look like he's in his prime running around without that iconic Keanu limp
I love how I just now noticed that this level takes place on the Yacht that would be reused on GTA V story a year later and online when it was released, i can't blame them, it's a good modelled yacht.

Watching this while still having been playing this game recently, I realize how this game never get boring even if the script is always the same every time we replay. Because even though it gets repetitive, the goal is to gradually become a true Max Payne/John Wick, which is to achieve (execute) the perfect shooting in a cinematic, slo-mo way. And that is SATISFYING. Max Payne 3 holds a special place in my heart.

Knowing the gaming industry though, if someone does do a John Wick game it will be FPS so all we see is a hand and a gun. Its so disappointing that Rockstar has put out the same GTA5 over 3 different console generations but won't remaster this masterpiece!
When he hits a wall while taking cover, there should be a slight shake of the screen, to give the feeling of the character making contact with the wall. The best example of this execution is Gears of War 1 or 2.
