- Espionage license and Espionage technology experience for Spy
- Mechanic building/Electro technical/Electrician/Mechanic/Industrial devices license for engineer

The answer to Question 3 is Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. An auto immune disease that has the white blood cells attack the platelets and therefore making it harder for the body to clot injuries. Just in case anyone was wondering.

@@demonx3779 That's about it. An auto immune disease makes your body react with allergy to things it shouldn't. Without the platelets blood cannot coagulate, so it makes healing wounds harder.

Not only that, but the Test would have been useless anyway, as the third question was something that would not happen in TF Industries' work enviroment.
The whole reason it started was because the NoobMedic rammed his Vitasaw into Helen's head... And didn't remove the Saw.
A Question about "How to remove blade from someone's head" should have been the third question... But because announcer wanted to be pretentious, she ended up stuck with NoobMedic because nobody was able to answer the third question.
For the heck of it, i actually took question 3 to my sister who has a master's degree as a Physician Assistant... and this was her answer.
It's a woman with a Coagulopathy, further testing required for a specific diagnosis.
Key's to the diagnosis were the epistaxis, petechiae, heavy menstrual cycle, prolonged bleeding time and normal PT/aPTT without splenomegaly.

A medical licence would be a nice badge cosmetic, perhaps someone could hold a medic contest, and people who pass get a medical licence badge...
And sure enough, people would be scrambling to get the licence and would wait for hours just to join
I had been playing Medic for quite some time now, if this was added to a further update then I would hold off on playing Medic until the licence is given to those who pass
1st Edit: The test would surely ask about your ability to play as Medic in certain situations
But, a lot of players would surely try to cheat by means of bribing others or the admin

hmm, question 3. BUN (Blood Urea Nitrogen) is low, Platelets low, aPT (I'll assume its meant to be Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time (APTT)) low, bleed time high, all else in normal range. At this stage I'd guess most likely cirrhosis. Unlikely to be hepatitis (unless its alcohol related hepatitis) as the white blood count hasn't flared. To determine further, document her history of alcohol (if any) and a liver function test. What do you think the answer is?
