A little thing I noticed was that for each of the Mercs (that we see) they have a distinct and strangely fitting way of writing their name. Spy has fancy, loopy, cursive. Engie has blocky, practical writing. Scout's is a bit wonky and it goes off the line. Medic has relatively normal handwriting. And Sniper has slightly leaning letters, _like this_

As Someone which struggles with ADHD, I can say that Scout's diagnosis is quite accurate. I personally can't stay still without moving my legs or scratch parts of my body. Plus, I left school because I couldn't focus

4 years later , it still has a place in my heart as a cool animation. Also , the psychopathy part about Medic doesn't even need to be explained , first , the shit that he did in his past , such as removed all of the bones of his patient , or even his in game lines , such as ,,I AM THE ANGRY BIRD GOD OF THE MADLANDS , FEAR ME!!!" , and even how most Medic players are during a game (angry scouts , soldiers and heavies saying Medic for no reason (scouts missing 1 hp , heavies who say ,,I need the whole team to pocket me" , and yet doesn't move , even when the whole team is pocketing him , and soldiers , well soldier mains are mostly assholes , who just rage their medic when they die (I once played with a soldier who was pissed off because he died and I survived with full charge , that I just ignored him for the rest of the game , and I was with a Heavy , and that ubercharge gave us the victory (probably the same would happen if the soldier wasn't an asshole)).
