I believe the DVD for Star Wars Revenge of the Sith had a demo for Star Wars Battlefront for the Xbox.

And the DVD of Robots had a demo on its DVD as well

Spider-Man 2002 movie also included it on DVD itself but you can only play it on DVD rom, you can play the 3 levels of the game based on the movie.

Tried to see if my Xbox one could do it.
Unfortunately no

This is only for the original Xbox with the addition of the DVD playback kit.
If you have an original Xbox then you could find a playback kit on eBay for a really cheap price with or without the remote.
The remote is not needed to access the demo.
