- I missed participating in the Soap Challenge Club last month but wanted to try the technique by making a Moon Cat Silhouette Soap. Thank you so much for watching, liking, & subscribing! :)
The Inlaid Designs Technique was created by Carmen Iclodean of Earth’s Raw Beauty. Carmen has created some stunning soaps using this technique and was the guest instructor for the March 2019 Soap Challenge Club. Olive Oil - 35%
Coconut Oil - 23%
Lard - 30%
Avocado Oil - 6%
Castor Oil - 6%
Superfat - 6%
Sodium Hydroxide - use a soap calculator like the one at Majestic Mountain Sage to calculate the amount of sodium hydroxide required for your specific recipe.
Water = 2 x Sodium Hydroxide (33% lye solution)
Essential Oil Blend:
Lavender - 2 parts
Bergamot - 1.5 parts
Patchouli - 0.5 parts
