How do we know the other sister is his child? They should’ve tested against his mother or a sibling. This proves nothing really.
I’ve always felt the same when they do these types of test. They definitely should test a sibling or parent of the deceased.

2nd Case: I have a feeling that the wife's daughter was not the deceased man's father. She was trifling towards the other possible daughter. Something seems untrustworthy about her.
I'm only glad about him being the father in the first case because that made his fiancee shut up smh. I hate when the "new fool" in the relationship has so much to say about something they know nothing about.
I knew she was a fool when she was introduced as the "fiancé". Being that the baby is 1 mo. old, he was just sleeping with the mother of his kid less than a year ago. Yet, she's already ENGAGED to marry a dude who was making babies with another woman not even a full year ago. However, I'm actually sad for the baby for 2 reasons: 1) The father's reaction clearly shows that he doesn't want the baby; I prefer kids to have parents who unequivocally want and embrace them. 2) The toxicity between parties...I'm actually sad for the baby who's an innocent victim of that chaos. For me, that's a bigger concern than proving a point to the ignorant fiancé.

In the second case, I think the first mother knew her "husband" was that woman's father. That's why it was such a shock to hear that the ladies were not sisters and she had to sit down. I want to see a test on the first daughter because I'd bet money her mama has been LYING

That's precisely why I dislike when siblingship tests are used the purpose of determining paternity. In this case in particular, the mom on the left has mannerisms that suggest that she may have some addiction issues in her history. I don't even have to get into the details of what addicts often do for a hit.
Honestly question the results in the second case. Additionally based on the actions of the plaintiff's mother there should be other questions out there

1st case: Got the impression that the ex wanted to get back at her for their breakup maybe? But he was spiteful with his words. The fiancee telling the young lady to close her legs, should be directing that energy to her soon to be husband.
2nd case: if they have another very close relative to test like a brother or sister that would of been wonderful because there are no real evidence showing the defendant's is the deceased biological daughter.

The second case : Tamicka mom is so rude to the pretty light skinned girl because she's jealous she is the real daughter of Mr Patton. That's why she sat down with her head down in tears. She knew that a light skinned older lady was telling the truth. This DNA test proved it. There should never be a DNA test of alleged siblings the test should be by the man's family members.

The ex was not in the court when the father mentioned 3 other guys. In court when they have you wait outside, you can’t hear what the proceedings are. The details are too specific to have them colluding.
Also the shear fact that two men want NOTHING to do with her. That is not normal, especially if one is an ex boyfriend (if it was an ex *girlfriend* then maybe).
Worse still one man is actually willing commit to a fiancé, and the ex doesn’t even want to mend a bridge to come back *for a relationship* (not just s*x ladies).
Next, good quality women don’t end up here in the first place.
Last men will always go back to an ex if the s*x is easy. Low quality women always mistake a man being present for s*x with a man actually loving them.

2 case: To Judge: This is so wrong. Ms.Patton should have been tested with "the father's mother" - that is "a certainty". Under "no condition" should the two ladies be tested against each. What if Ms.Stapleton is not the man's daughter 😮???!!!

In the second case I strongly recommend the court to order the first family, the daughter and the mother to first of all determine whether she is the deceased man's daughter before comparing her relatedness to the complainant because this can be a factor in the negative results. Because the complainant's mother seem to be sure there was no other man.
