Unfortunately if they are married, the state doesn't have to entertain another man. Even if the woman says that she wasn't faithful. The husband is automatically assumed the father. Some states also have a clause that if you want to get divorced you have to take a pregnancy test and if the delivery of the baby is just a month or two shy of the finalization of the divorce, the ex husband goes on the birth certificate.
She keeps saying she became a grown woman, but she kept cheating. Ma’am, just because you tell somebody that you were cheating that don’t make it any better. You still did it and you only tell him because he already know he just looking for confirmation and you know it.
It amazes how the judge is so quick to tell the men to take care of a “innocent child” until you find out it’s not yours but never give the men back their money invested.
They have to go to civil court for that.
Bc unless they sue, a court cannot just appoint them that money. There is no case regarding money if it’s a paternity case onnly
Like I get what you’re saying and it would be SO NICE if all the issues could just be absolved at once. If you could test for paternity and sue for child care expenses unless it’s the case of the plaintiff. but it’s just separate most of the time and ofc the court system takes forever so it sucks.

The child support is for the mother to USE for her child. The courts assume the mother used it for that purpose. I agree, the system is messed up though. Men shouldn’t be put through false claims that ruin their lives. It’s a hard situation to correct.
I replayed this about 4 times to make sure I heard it right that this man is suing this woman for a whole $40 dollars.

What are all these breaks? My husband and I had a serious argument about his disappearing after work in the evening. Caught him at a club dancing with a a woman who could have been my twin. He left and stayed somewhere else. I never thought about looking for another man for many many months. What is the thing with jumping in bed that day or night of the “breakup” or really an argument. We divorced and it was a year or more before I even dated and never slept with any of them until I remarried. What is wrong with these women. I got the most wonderful man in the universe for my second husband. Never have to wonder where he is and he knows he can trust me without question. And why someone would saddle their beautiful child with a made up dumb name? Crazy.

What is with the dad being present at Drs appointments? My husband never once came to any app or birth of any of our kids and that was how it was in those days.
I get missing the appointments, but not the births.

Why is it that women think they can tell a man a child is not his, and think it won't affect him? It's about the worst thing you can say if it's not true, and as the Judge says many times, the doubt sown in a man's mind can never be taken back. The only way that a man can remove his doubts is to have a DNA paternity test, and a large number of the cases we see in this court are purely because of these cruel, spiteful and thoughtless statements.
That first guy... He has bad character. Any person who would deliberately let a hungry baby cry out of spite needs to get kicked to the curb.
