Luvly jubbly Sharon. I could taste that through the screen 😂. Your hair looks lovely too. It really suits you. I’d love it if you made your own cook book of all your recipes using all your Ninjas and the Cosori. I would definitely buy it. You can’t beat food like mum used to make. 👍
Fabulous, as always! Sharon with 'Martin - the Hungry Horace' really should write a cookbook for the air fryer - you two are so experienced. AND deserve a TV show of your own - wish I had the right contacts. x
We've just discovered this channel and are now binge watching it. You two are hilarious. We love the simple no nonsense recipes and the fun around cooking and eating them. Thanks for the entertainment.
Try following when the Sharon and Martin go on a trip! I recently took in their visit to London, it was brilliant, educational, nostalgic but above all else, such good fun! I was laughing out loud. Great cooking today, will be trying this in the coming week.
I always find it so interesting to see what people eat as a norm outside of the United States! The word pudding is so different, puddings here are sweet desserts. Love watching you 2, I can see the love you have for each other and I love that 🥰
Thank you both so much for this video. I have been dieting big time since the nurse told me off and I’ve lost 37 pounds in 7 weeks. I wanted a treat meal and we did your suet pudding tonight. Absolutely delicious and very filling. I’m back on the diet again tomorrow but tonight’s meal was a real treat thanks to you both😀😀
My wife and I have been watching loads of your vids lately, you're a luvly lovable couple that crack us up with some good old fashioned humour 🤣🤣we're sat in fish and chip shop about to eat some cod and chips(a rare treat these days) just opposite Portsmouth Spinnaker Tower other side of harbour talking about buying some ramakins to make your steak, onion suet puds, it reminded me of my old mum making suet and bacon steamed pud back in the 70s, our son bought us a small air fryer a year ago, one of the best things ever, sure we've saved a lot on the gas/electric wish you both well, atb Tom & Julie 🤗..
Thank you for a great video. I love the idea of covering the puddings with foil to make a handle. I made a sponge pudding today in the Cosori and it would have been so much easier to remove if I had known about the foil handle! Never too late to learn new tricks x
Great job Sharon and Martin. You can't beat home made. It's a long time since I made a steak and kidney pudding. I used to follow the bero recipe where you will your pastry into a round then cut out a quarter. Then you put the bigger piece in the dish and join the edges together and press onto the dish. Then roll remaining pastry back into a round.
Sharon Martin is a lucky man to have a good cook like you. You made my mouth water with that lovely pudding it took me back to my childhood when my good old Mum used to make them. Bless you both for being such a lovely couple. X
Your steak and mushroom pie looks delicious. I always used puff pastry to make steak and kidney pies, but watching your video has given me confidence to try and make suet pastry. You should put your recipes in a cookbook.
Greetins from the West coast of Scotland..... Ah'm starvin already just watchin this. Started off following the Retro restore channel but now I am a keen follower of both. You are a lucky Man havin Sharon in the Hoose. Awrabest, Daz.
Lovely recipe with hints and tips as always! Hair looks beauts Sharon! Can I be cheeky and ask for the method to be added to the ingredients list to save me going back to the beginning ... of course you don't have to but thought I'd ask lol. Martin and Sharon you are a great duo! 🥰🥰🥰
Off to the naughty step for you two, with all your innuendos! 🤣🤣 On a cleaner note, your suet pudding looked lovely, as did the meat filling. Well done Sharon, that really did look excellent. Martin gets a pat on the back for sorting his handles, with your help. Lol Take care you two. x
I remember my nana's suet puddings, savoury and sweet. she used topcoat the greaseproof too and the puddings were always in proper white basins, tied up with string. she would steam them for hours in a giant aluminium kaum pan. beautiful xxx
Looks yummy haven’t made a pudding for years. Just a tip my Grannie taught me. If you take out a triangle of the pastry pointed end to the centre it is easier to fit it into the pudding basin just press the joint well. Have a guess what I am making tomorrow 🙂
Hi guys just wanted to say the shows are great and great ideas keep up the good work. Here’s one for you to try ‘ yoghurt’ comes out great. Keep up the good work
Another lovely vidio, look so yummy 😋 that pudding my favourite, your hair looks lovely and I love your to cute dogs so adorable take care Lindalu 💗🤗🌷🐕🐕
I made a steak and kidney pud yesterday. I use ox cheek and ox kidney. Chicken stock (home made) salt and pepper. NO onion, it doesn’t enhance the flavour at all! The kidney gives it all the flavouring you need, and for those who wince at eating kidney chop it up small. They won’t know it’s there but the rich flavour will be. The meat doesn’t need cooking first, that’s the idea of steamed puds! I cooked it in my Crock Pot multi cooker on steam for 5 hours. No mucking about. The meat was so tender you wouldn’t believe it and the suet pudding was golden brown, I used some of the water from the broccoli which I served with it to add to the gravy in the pudding when I dished up, we’ll eat the other half of the pud tonight reheated in the air fryer.
Think your videos are great fun and very simple food which is good and tasty. I live in France and after seeing your air fryer reviews I reluctantly bought an Air fryer! What an amazing product! I ended up with the chef Free double draw and its brilliant, Keep making the videos as they are such enjoyment over here and reminds me of my mums cooking in uk.
A cooking show is Needed ASAP. But first these TV companies should make smellvision so we folks at home can smell what you're cooking, you're food looks delicious 😋.you are a better cook than I could ever be. My husband bought me a new mixer so I could make cakes and other. Things 5 years later it's still in its box in the cupboard..IDE rather crochet than make cakes to be honest..❤
I was drooling all the way through this video! Those puddings look absolutely gorgeous. I live in Spain and I do miss comfort food like this. Good one!
So glad you done this recipe they look Banging Sharon has done a great job I will definately be making and freezing some as I have been getting Hollands but not a lot in them
Just started to watch your channel after I bought an air fryer yesterday you remind me of me and my husband in the kitchen , love the banter you both have together
Love your hair Sharon, it really suits you! My dad was a lover of steak and kidney pudding, I hate the texture of kidney, but I would still have the pudding and put the kidney to one side, I haven’t had a pudding for ages!
There will be nowt left on Martin's plate Sharon, "should I give this bit to the Dogs? , Noooo 🤣🤣🤣, certainly look good , no crap on your plates 👍👍, took me back to 1970's 👍👍

Golly, just the type of food that’s needed to line your tummy this very cold weather, I was eating every mouthful with you Martin, thank you for the tip about Tesco’s suet, much cheaper than atora❤️.
We used to have suet pudding as children, and all the bits to go with it,and Good old Oxo and bisto gravy, l m thinking of making these steak and mushroom, used to have steamed Pork and Onion puddings,
Arrr my mum used make this n auntie bacon onion suet pudding, we must have saucey minds as I I burst out laughing at you n Sharon, great to see home cooking yummy ,hair lovley like that colour too.
Hi Sharon and Martin, brilliant home cooked food ! no preservatives etc just good wholesome food we used to eat years ago😊 Love your videos ❤ all the best from Joss x
We have just brought the instant vortex plus versazone and so far have only cooked a whole chicken in it. We do have a smaller daewoo one which we only really used for chips. Aldi do a packet of chilled spring rolls and the other day we tried them in our old air fryer. OMG what a difference, they tasted exactly as they do from the chinese, the pastry was so crispy. You should try those Sharon (if you like them) we put them in 170c for 8 minutes, turning halfway. Take em out and sprinkle with soy sauce. So much more flavour in the air fryer and saves turning on my electric fan oven for a small snack. Thanks for sharing your video's.
Sharon and Martin. You are a lovely amazing couple. Love the diversity and content of your vlogs. Look forward to watching your vlogs every day and love the Lee Van Camp vlogs as well. Keep on doing what you're doing ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Oh Sharon , you out did yourself this time!!! So delectable, fluffy and dreamy. Love it.
what would be good if you like a bit of crunch is stick the puds with top open in air fryer to brown off like dumplings.
Looks lovely. I'd put mine back in airfryer uncovered to crisp up the suet pastry cos I like a bit of crunch to mine
Love your hair Sharon, it looks lovely! I don't know why I watch this when I'm hungry, but I'm definitely going to try this pudding - YUM! :)

My mom used to cook wonderful goosgog suet pie in a large crock pot like the one you used, with custard of course.
