REVIEW: Green Chef VEGAN Meal Kit! » is it worth it??

Meal kit delivery is HUGE right now, but what meal kits exist for vegans? Green Chef has vegan options from their meal kit delivery service, so I decided to test it out! Will Green Chef be worth it for vegans??

I received 3 meals for 2 from Green Chef last week. I cooked, ate, and reviewed each meal then looked at the cost and efficiency to come to a conclusion as to whether or not Green Chef is worth it for vegans.
What meal kit delivery has vegan options? Which meal kit delivery is the most sustainable? Is Green Chef meal kit delivery cost efficient? I hope to be able to answer these questions for all the vegans out there who are wanting to find a meal kit service that will be worth their while.

If you pinch and run your fingers down the thyme stem, in the opposite direction then they grow, you can destem the whole stem in seconds

What do the protein content on these seem like? Ive had bad luck in the past because, just like other vegan stuff, instead of adding protein they just take the protein out. Likem "here have a chicken salad just without the chicken" which is really annoying. I'm thinking about trying this one and this is one of the only info I've found on their vegan menu so thanks!

My main thing is does it taste good ? It seems to me you enjoyed the meals but had an issue with prep time on atleast one of them. I think I'll give it a shot.
