Not saying Alexia Ashford is one of the strongest bosses, but she deserves an honorable mention. She can one-shot kill you in her first form regardless of your health. Her cutscene battle vs Wesker on Dreamcast is a true example of her power. She issued him a beatdown and thought he was a joke. Overall she is more annoying than she is difficult. Her 2nd form can be unwinnable if you give Claire any of your good weapons near the end. She can also stun-lock you if you're not careful. Also, while she can one-shot you in her first form, you can beat her with the knife if you know what you're doing. She's more of a cutscene boss, as she is way more powerful during them. She almost kills Claire during 3 cutscenes, she kills Steve during one, and she's tough during her fight with Wesker. Also I hope they are talking about Yawn from the Remaster. OG is one of the easiest bosses in the franchise. It shouldn't even touch you. Visually scary at first but you can dodge it during the first encounter and make short work of it if you know how to pump cancel the shotgun
