You should have done two separate bets, but both are playing the same hand. One bet using the progressive style of betting and the other just using a minimum bet style. That way you can see which style would have won you the most.
Still waiting for the no bust strat. Where you play perfect perfect, but re arrange the cards in the same exact way as you put them away. The play no bust to see how it matches.
I played this system a few months back. It definitely is dependent on win streaks. With a few double downs and lucky splits I ended up a good 300! However, tried it again the next day and lost. Just couldn't catch cards. It was a fun system to play and my go-to!

At my casino the dealer’s gorgeous, effortless sweeping of cards would simply not be possible because of the goddamn progressive seven lights that are on the felt.

not sure why alex likes to play two hands instead of just one if the purpose is to show the strategy. Single hand will be easier to follow. Do find it useful if the second hand is used as a control, so we can see how well the strategy works vs someone that plays regularly.
im glad he uses two hands. One of them is up 240 the other is down 60 so we get an idea of the range. It would be nice if he had someone who could code and ran the strategy a million times for us but i guess then a lot of people would skip to the end

Will this progression work on roulette, like placing one unit on Dozen and one unit on Column?
Similarly to how it won’t work in blackjack it also won’t work in roulette
This low risk betting strategy is currently helping me minimize my losses at a table that is bad beat after bad beat. So, I will give it props because of the fact that it has probably helped me from being down a lot more if I used my usual betting strategy right now. But I can also see how it would be tough to make money with this one, although I'm hoping to make it all the way up to the 8th step at least once!
I think after a weekend of playing I hit the 8th step three times.
Just tried this betting system yesterday and ended up doubling my money. I'll update as I continue to lab the system.

Playing this today for the first time. Turned 50 into 550 so far! Couple lucky blackjack part way up the chain. Super conservative but grinds out solid money!

The only thing I don’t like about this, is that you need to go on a really good run to win. In this vid you had some timely double downs and that’s what gave you some big wins. Even the single parlay trying to win 2 hands in a row is a tough one.
But that's Blackjack, or any betting really. Unless you know for certain that you are going to win the next hand and can bet big on that hand, you have to rely upon going on long runs to profit. This is especially important in flat betting blackjack. This system is good for maximizing on a long, but not super long run. The 1, 1 bet and the 5, 5 bet allow you to collect a little rather than just praying for a super long run. Cool system. Video liked for future reference b/c I'm not going to remember 1,1,2,3,5,5,7,9,10 in a few months, lol.
Michael Krusing yeah but it still requires you to win 5 hands in a row just to get to the 5 unit bet, that’s a tough thing to do. I played Tuesday night and never won more than 2 hands in a row, I did however lose 6 hands in a row, the last 3 I was dealt 19, 19, 20 and the dealer hit to 21 all three times lol

do you guys use basic strategy on every video?
I think they use the default H17 basic strategy with no deviations. It makes sense to do this since most people will have trouble just memorizing the basic chart. Authors be sure to correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

Many simulations have shown that having other players at the table does not affect your odds at all.
The only way you minimize your risk, without putting in some extra effort and counting cards, is the lowest bet possible and basic strategy. You'll lose an average of 0.5% of whatever you bet long-term. The odds that you'll even get to the max 10 bet is 0.36%. And this 15 minutes of play is such a small sample size. The variance in a 15-minute session is too much to gauge if this is even a good system.

Yea I was out there last year and played at a handful of casinos off strip and there are a couple that have pitch but I can't remember the names but I looked on Worldcasinodirectory.com and mapped out some casinos before I went. Hope that helps.

Except that you can not gain any edge by betting strategy. It's mathematically proven that "betting systems" of any kind are simply nonsense which is giving the player the feeling that he has a helpful systematic approach to the game which does not exist.
Wrong. Betting strategy is important when you know the count.
@@TheToasterbox: You're missing the point. Yes, you adjust your betting to the count. But changing your betting strategy does not turn negative EV to positive EV. In other words: What/how much you bet does not change a losing game to a winning game. You only win/lose faster or slower. Edge is gained by counting, not by betting.

The reason why Counters change their bet is that they know when they have the advantage (then they bet more) and when they are at a disadvantage (then they bet less). However, in this system, the player does not know when he has an advantage. His is betting _blind_ when it comes to EV. And as long as you are playing blind, no betting system in the world can overcome the house edge.
Wrong you’re forgetting entirely the role consciousness plays. The odds get tipped in the slightest when you can in your own consciousness can convince itself better than the dealers consciousness. That’s why some gamblers will focus on the dealer more than anything else.

Only on dealer's 7 or 8. You hit on higher cards and double down on lower cards.

There will periods where you won't have any winning streaks. So this system will not work either. I use Paroli system and target 3 winning streaks.
