Kate is the most professional of all the Chief Stews featured on Below Deck. She supports the chefs by giving them the guest's compliments & makes the beach picnics & theme parties special. Hannah & Adrian (first season) seemed to just barely tolerate their jobs & do the minimum compared to Kate.
I am NO fan of Ashton at all.. can not stand the guy... yuck.. But also i think Rhylee has a horrible attitude - and she is so defensive. .I would never hire her for a job . to much personal stuff going on with her... and she even talked shit about Kate as well - so i do not like her at all..

I actually felt in fear of Kate's safety in that van watching that episode and that's not OK. I don't know anything about arrests I'm just speaking on what I've seen on the show. I love all these characters and I am really glad they did not have reality shows during the bad moments of my well spent youth! Aston needs to check himself. Into rehab. If he hadn't gotten black out drunk and acted out so badly, the other people's bad behavior would have been highlighted.

Season 7 really damaged the image of both Kate and Capt Lee due to the fact that Lee cannot remain objective towards Kate anymore as she's like a daughter to him and his wife as he personally admitted, due to her support to them during their son's death. Kate is abusing this biased treatment towards her from Lee, hence she thinks she can get away with everything. I think it's safe to say we won't see her in another season again, both her and Lee. Lee must now go on pension and be with his wife and support her and give themselves time to mourn their dead son.
