There are some recent litigation issues occured in ANP Ultimus Now the land owner and their relatives are saying - we haven't sold this land to ANP. This is what the latest news I heard. May be land owner is demanding something more now and hence filed litigation This is the reason they hold the launch of their new upcoming project which is besides Hotel Blue Water Ravet. It's also a big land parcel Alway better to buy a ready possession resale flat so that everything is clear. Pay something and get something You need not to wait for 4-5yrs or even more to get possession

ANP was paying the families some rent until the construction of their bungalows was complete. But one family was given more money than the other so that other family filed litigation as they also wanted the same amount as the first family.
The issue with ANP is - the owner of land is saying we have done the agreement with builder who is not more now ( since his sons are now on body of anp management ) Now the agreement remains void since the person is no more but anp is saying that aggrement is done with the company not with the person so the deal remains valdi and they have asked land owner to take the notice back else builder will charge defamation charges of value more than 300cr if case is not taken back in next few days. This is what i heard , not sure if this is true or not

On other side prices are way too high from Lodha, I am a resident of 2BHK in Blueridge and do not see any value in this project on this price range.
