Automatic Water Level Controller with Dry Run Protection / Dry Run Protection Circuit Diagram
Today , I am going to show you Automatic Water Level Controller with Dry Run Protection Sensor.
Dry Run occurs when a pump operates without adequate water. This leads to surge in a pressure, flow, or overheating that will instigate pump failure.
Dry Run is a type of protection used to prevent motor, pump, panel from damage.
Dry Run Importance to save electricity whenever the pump run dry. It will sense within 2 min and the motor will be safe.
Circuit Diagram is also present for Dry Run Protection.

Excellent work; can you please same like switch for public water supply? which have the ability to sense the water in municipality pipe and then start the pump after 5 minutes time ?

Latch switch mila nhi to mene pnp-npn ka latch switch banaya, jaise hi voltage fluctuate hota hai switch latch ho jata hai chahe motor off ho or chalu ho and pani ho to bhi. Any solution?

With dry run you have to use three Ic for submersible panel having separate ON & OFF switch.Two Ic for simple panel
