Looks like the UCA is set to 3 degrees by the placement of the spacer, set them to 2 degrees of caster and it will move the wheel a little more forward and clear the body mount better.
Very cool. I just put 33’s on my Tacoma..didn’t want any rubbing issues. Bigger tires definitely improve the overall look..and hopefully performance. Also..Falken wildpeaks are very quiet on the road
You spent quite a bit of money on the liners, the relocation kit. Paying the fab shop to do the install. You could have solved all your problems with a 6” lift. So I have to ask, why didn’t you lift?
That is not true unfortunately. It's best to have the smallest lift possible with the most amount of wheel travel possible. The taller you go, the more your center of gravity and stability suffers, your suspension geometry gets way off, your shocks top out and you lose down travel, your CV angles are bad and can bind much more easily, etc. And even if I lifted it higher, it would still hit the cab mount area. A higher lift isn't the answer. Most people think it is, but it introduces a whole host of other problems. This is the proper way to do it and gain the most out of your suspension.
There’s an optional spacer under the bump stop to make it longer or shorter. That’s what I’m referring to. The shock has enough travel to cycle fully upwards without that bump. I’m doing that to stay out of my upper fender.
Neither you nor, (I presume) your child if present, wore either ear noise protection or face masks (inhaling microfibres of plastic and metal). Also, Safety Glasses are not to just protect from a blade accident but also flying particles. This is not a good practice or look in a TH-cam video. 😱🙈🙅♂️

Can’t wait for this for the 4runner. Great job on the install. And the edge trim makes it perfect
Awesomeness !!! Looks great dude !! Clean lines makes my minds eye happy
👊😎
Nice install! I’m glad you are making brushed aluminum great again. 😉
Oh yeah
Everything looks great, and functional
BRO WHERE DID YOU GET THAT COORS SHOCK COVER 😂😂

How have the MRR's been treating you? I ordered a set a few weeks ago.
Great explanation!
Can you share what product you used for the edge trim on the fender?
That looks rad dude!
fender and bumper line matched up super well
what wheels are those??
They’re from ultra performance! They’re the 103 ultra xtreme beadlocks in a 16x8
looks good man!
What you doin with that extra grill?
Your son knows what he's going to do when he gets older get a Toyota and build it.

Thanks. Good helper
You dont rub on full tuck on the upper control arms?
Nope! Just enough offset.
Where did you get the Coors stickers that are on your shock rez?
It’s a beer can
Oh wow! Looks good I thought it was a sticker and wanted to do something similar to mine
What edge trim did you use on the trimmer fenders Bro?
Just some from autozone. The kind that has glue inside
Rattle can FDE your fender liners to match the Quicksand. 😂😮
The spacer is called a bump stop. And you want that because you don't want your damn shocks to top out.

Tell me you're paying your apprentice a livable wage! He's putting in more work than a journeyman with less experience. I will call osha!

He was inside when I operated the grinder or other power tools. Sometimes it's ok to live on the edge.
