The visual demonstration of how the performances can be tweaked and played makes it very easy to understand the process by example. One can just refer directly to the performance in question. It's like having a teacher sitting right next to you and showing you every step along the way. It's not too long at all! Brilliant!

I'm not normally personally playing sequenced stuff a bit more of a straight sound I use but these are amazing g and sound very playable and actually useful rather than something that doesn't allow you to create and use it in your own song so thanks that awesome
Beautiful music. Complex and deep synth. Every time I pick it up I make a new sound. Lots of options for programming and creating a unique workflow. It’s a beast for sure. It’s a long way down. But you are definitely on the right path! Cheers!
Sound design on this thing is certainly a deep rabbit hole to fall down into. But it’s really rewarding and fun. Truly unique workflow. Perhaps the new modwave will come close in terms of workflow. It’ll be very interesting to see.

The sequences plays just root notes, with the occasional fifth and octave shift, so the scale is controlled by the arpeggiators, which means the keys you hold down at any time, live.

Yes, all patches are tested with the Wavestate Native VST and sound identical to the Wavestate hardware synthesizer. I have never seen that message about overwriting factory sounds. It is not possible to overwrite factory sounds as far as I know, well, at least not in the hardware synth. Anyway, you can safely answer No to that question.
@@Waveformer yes I had to use the librarian editor to send your pack to the wavestate, the sample editor software no longer detects the hardware synth. I think it detected that the actual tones (sounds) are already present in the hardware hence it asked if wanted to overwrite them. I selected NO either way so all is good and working anyways. Cheers.
I normally use the arpeggiator hold function and not the damper pedal for the layers that use the arpeggiator. I use the damper pedal for the layers with pads.

I have WF2. One thing I dont understand: All the performances (exept one) are like PERFORMACE HOLD, I mean, you cant stop them. But on the screen I see PERFORMANCE HOLD is OFF. Why I cannot stop it? How to do it?
The patches have the Arpeggiator Latch set to on. That's what keeps the arpeggiator playing. You can turn off Arpeggiator Latch for all layers if you want the arpeggiators to stop playing when you release the keys. Depending on how you play the patch, this could result in the arpeggiators getting out of sync with the wave sequences, which will sound a bit weird.
