I currently do an upper lower split because I can only workout 2 days a week, my strength is progressing but I was wondering if I need to do any hypertrophy at all to maximise my street lifting? anything would help thank you.
First of all i wouldnt Split with two days. You Hit each Lift just one time a week. Second if you maximised your neurological adaptations you hit the Max strength of your muscles and need to Build more to have a higher capacity for Maximum strength. You can still build muscle with lower reps, but i would play around with the reps. Maybe do Full Body and one Session high intensity one Session higher reps
glad that this amazing brand is putting some light on streetlifting
Streetlifters are the real strong ones

Street lifting
"looks inside"
requiers gym
You need: a belt, weights and a calisthenics park. No gym needed, but its comfortable there
@productivitymassimopulling up with 160kg weights for dips in the calisthenics park 🤣
