Glad Barb enjoyed my hack. This was a labour of love for me and I am totally stoked to see so many people enjoy this smol mario tale. A big cheers to you all!
I’m honestly starting to believe that Silksong is dead or Team Cherry is. They gave regular updates all through 2019 and it just ended. I have no clue what could have happened but as the days pass and not a word is said I’m more and more beginning to believe it’s dead. To say nothing at all for 3 years is wild to me considering they gave regular updates before. So I’ve said my peace on a video that isn’t about hollow knight but was talked about. Lol
The "issue" with Silksong is that the devs apparently just can't stop themselves and keep making more and more stuff for it. That's why it's coming out as a separate game when it was originally meant to be DLC for Hollow Knight. The latest update was a tweet back in December saying that they weren't going to hit their "First Half of 2023" mark, so another delay. Point is that it's not dead, someone just needs to tell the devs to stop "making" the game and actually "finish" the game. :P
@@ruggedlemmings9163 I don’t use Twitter so I didn’t know that. However, imo it seems more detrimental than positive to be this silent about it. Obviously they have no obligation to talk about it but it is courteous to give updates so your fans stay involved.
@@John_Notmylastname I don't use Twitter either, I just googled "silk song" and saw a PCGames article that mentioned the Twitter update. To your point you: I agree completely, more communication from devs - particularly in a situation like this - is always a good thing. But yeah, the good news is that the game's not *quite* dead. :P

Nice job! This hack was a lot of fun.
Amazing art direction, you can really tell that a lot of love has been put into this hack. The unique sprites and cut-scenes really makes it shine!
The humor and creativity is on point. Well done!

This hack looks great, you can see how much work went into detailing and aesthetics.
