- You hear constant themes in press conferences; 10+ wins, Top 5 Defense, making the playoffs, winning the North, etc.
Is this team really built to win, and what will help the Bears with a rookie Quarterback could be the strength of schedule we face as we build momentum into being a winning organization again.

Last year the team narrowly missed the playoffs with only one top WR. With the reinforcements on offense and the quality of defense, the playoffs are a must, anything else would be ridiculous
12:47 ABSOLUTELY!!! 🐻⬇️🐾⬆️
🐻⬇️ Plank 🐾 ⬆️
Took Kevin White #8.
We beat the Lions for 118 minutes last year. I just don't understand why everyone thinks that they will sweep the Bears. We'll beat them at least once this year. Claw out Adam
Unless poles gets us a pass rusher opposite sweat who can get 9 or 10 sacks, we won’t be a 10 win team. Maybe 8.
Im catching up Adam...🐻⬇️🐾⬆️
Love it! As always Plank, you're the best! 🐻⬇️
How is the over under 7.5 but betting odds have us winning 10😭
Shows you the bias of people against the Bears
I admire your optimism, but we have a very questionable OL and I think we'll be an injury to Caleb Williams away from having the No.1 overall pick in the 2025 draft. It can get ugly that quickly.
An injured Caleb wouldn't put us at #1 overall... But that would be the biggest cripple to make the Playoffs.
Don't be bringing that bad juju on this special team 🐻⬇️
I feel we will be 11 and 6 with road struggles for the rookie. I don't think green bay will be that bad but not 12 and 5. 8 and 9 more like.
Couldn't agree more
Dude; you gotta make this Jordan love breakdown video. You are talking a lot of shit and I love it. But I think Twitter needs a breakdown to really get bears fans on board. The media has everyone believing Love has become the next Aaron Rodgers
Look in my last live video that was 45 minutes long. I break it down in there. I don't want to solely focus on the other teams, but the hype around him is a joke
Sure, the Bears got an opportunity of making the playoffs only if they’re able to split with Green Bay and Detroit And beating Minnesota twice
You make that sound like it's a tough thing with this year's team? 🤔
There's no way they don't sweep the Packers weak roster and pathetic O line
Tell what my brother , I got $100 they don’t ! Well, I’ve been a bare fan since I was 10 years old , through the good Times in the bad times and there is plenty times of bad times And I’m still a fan at a young age of 67 , Go Monster of the Midway
13-4?! Love the optimism! I believe the OL is still a weakness, but 9 to 10 wins is still realistic
Name 7 teams that will beat us?
We have better depth than last year, but I agree it still needs work.
Connor Williams would be really nice mid season
Houston, San Fran, Detroit, Green Bay, Jacksonville, Washington, Indy. But to be honest, who the hell knows for sure? Our OL concerns me, and to a lesser extent, our pass rush outside of sweat.
I would expect 9 wins minimum, but if the OL pans out, 12 - 13 wins wouldn't surprise me.
@@mikefreaz Hopefully after week 6 we'll have a better idea. Losing those 7 would put us at 10. I hope you're wrong
@Beardownsports I sure hope I'm wrong too. I pray that Jenkins can play a full season, N Davis is back to his old self, we finally get decent play at C, and someone steps up to provide consistent pressure to help sweat. Whatever happens, it's exciting times to be a bears fan.
Very interesting, but realistically I have the Bears going 8-9. I have serious concerns about our offensive line, Jenkins averages 10 games a season, so u can't count on him and I have No faith in Davis, until he proves he can stay healthy and wants to play in Chicago and BTW that starts with actually practicing with the team and a new center to add on top of all that. Defensively we weren't a top defense without sweat, that's also a concern . Can they make the playoffs, yes everything can go ur way and u end up making the playoffs, but realistically 7 or 8 wins is more like it. Last year so many fans wanted everyone fired and now they saying playoffs or even the super bowl. Fans get all worked up thinking those expectations are truly in reach when in reality 8 wins is far more accurate of a prediction.
You think we're losing every division game?
@Beardownsports no of course not. Everyone's prediction is predicated on them staying healthy and that's not realistic expectations when Jenkins hasn't played a full season in the NFL, and u have a lot of new pieces, it takes time for a team to gel and for a team to be good it takes more than talent they have to stay healthy, that's all I'm saying, IF they gel quickly and stay healthy, Imo they'll have a great shot at making the playoffs.
@@Jonnyquest1971 Easy... Schedule...
Bates is a quality backup to replace Davis or Jenkens.
I'm high on this team. I understand the PTSD though
@Beardownsports I'm 53, I was 14 during the 85 season, I've experienced a lot of heartbreak in my life, many of us expected a dynasty and we only had 1 super bowl victory. I'm very excited but also very tempered in my expectations. Love the show BTW, u and swifty have very excited 4 the upcoming season claws up and bear down.
I love the changes Poles made to this roster and Im usually an optimist, but guys, we have a rookie QB, first year OC, a list of new starters on O and an OL that doesnt inspire confidence. I think Vegas has it exactly right at 8.5 wins, and thats if everything goes as planned
Vegas game by game has us winning 10
@@Beardownsports Id be pleasantly surprised if we win 10 games. I think 8 or 9 is a lot more likely, but its really close either way. Love your vids btw, Im a fan
@@Ascension_3030 I understand the extreme reaction to be hesitant and overlook everything about this team because of fear, but show me 6 games we would lose this season.
We have one of the easiest schedules with one of the best rosters in the league.
Embrace it
@@Beardownsports not sure how its an extreme reaction, predicting 1 or 2 more losses. But 6 losses could easily be 9ers, SEA, LA and split division, and thats optimistic since we have lost 10 in a row to GB. Again, I think this roster is shaping up nicely, I just think it needs time to get to its potential, like next season and beyond
@@Ascension_3030 extreme is probably the wrong word to use, overreaction or PTSD is more appropriate.
The point is if you look at this team, and you look at this schedule, the only reason people aren't saying at least 10-11 is fear of the past. That's the only reason.
If Waldron's scheme really improves QB play with simplified concepts & players get it we could win 11 games if injuries are few and far between! Now backup talent to starters needs mich improvements for even 9 wins. GO BEARS AND BEAR DOWN 🐻 ❤❤❤
Good stuff. I can see the Packers digress, too. Detroit is overhyped like the Wolverines. They have a great group of coaches and online thats it. They have pussies defense which will get exposed this season.Bears should win 11. Any less we need new coaches and send underachievers packing. 🐻⬇️
🐾⬆️🐻⬇️
Right now I can get behind your analysis. Your take on GB and MINN makes sense. What the Bears will do with new players and coaching is a riddle wrapped up in an enigma. 10-7 would be great. Anything more is loony tunes territory.
🤔 Name 7 teams we'd lose to?
Good analysis. Thanks ! A bit of echo at the end. I cant predict the Bears with whole new O skill positions and new, OC, but i hope for 10 wins and 2 W against GB ! Bear down Chicago Bears !
3 losses in our division so a split…. Lose to the niners, win the rest.
Bears 2024
4-2 vs division
2-2 vs NFC West
2-2 vs AFC South
2-1 Vs Misc
10-7 Season
4-2 Division
Wild Card
Win one we're supposed to lose and lose one we're supposed to win.
If we don't 3-0 vs Misc then it's terribly disappointing. The three worst teams in the league last year
Thats losing one we're supposed to win. Ideally we go 3-0 and 3-1 vs AFC South. That's my 12 win. I'm comfortable with 10 and a successful mini tournament before the playoffs. Also we're swapping that 2nd or 3rd rounder for a blue chip at the trade deadline.
Too many moving parts.
We'll have 11+ wins, but only if the OL and DL stays healthy.
Agree Completely. We're deeper than we have been in years past though, so I'm ok with AN injury, but multiple will sting
