Happy new year happy fishing Thursday morning 🎣👍🏼
Like others have said, thank you for the content, living vicariously through you at times when I can't get out. I've had a couple surgeries this year. Maybe this is a nugget for you, don't neglect the tail-outs. Hold it in the water just a little longer, you might get some nice surprises. I saw a few spots I would have let it drift a little longer. I've only fished steelhead in Washington, and that may not be a thing here, but my PB is a little over 36" and came at the very end of the drift on the Cowlitz river up in WA.
Love watching your videos. Reminds me of my younger days. GOD bless you and be safe.. Merry Christmas to you and your Wife.
Summer? And this comes out just at Christmas?
Merry Christmas & Happy New Year Adam. 1 fish is better than getting skunked.
Nice steelhead! Thanks for all of the great content this year. Really appreciate your hard work. Happy 2024 fishing season.
Way to go Adam!!! Nice fish in a beautiful section of the river. Precious moments...thanks for sharing!
Dude, catching a steelhead on new water is impressive. You are a real fisherman.
Nice release - way to keep ‘em wet.
What brand and weight float are you using? I like how streamlined it is.
I'd be interested in seeing surf casting from the shore in Southern California if you can come down this way. BTW, our L.A. River (now primarily a concrete flood control channel) used to have prolific steelhead runs up into the 1930s.
My buddy and I always get concerned when we catch a good fish on the first drop. Don't know why that sometimes turns out to kill the bite but that's fishing.
Adam, I enjoy watching your videos. They are relaxing and help me chill. Looking forward to more great content in 2024. Happy Holidays to you and your family! ❤🎉
Adam, this is so funny. I watched your recent video on catching Halibut and had seen a video on the Chinook Salmon and Steelhead run on the Mokelumne River. I thought I should suggest it to you. You should see the smile on my face seeing your next video is fishing for Steelhead on a river😊
Boy those steelies are gorgeous fish! Tough to catch, but when you do, they are fun and pretty!
Can’t wait for our Steelheads days in March
Nice release Adam , love the low impact 👍🏻✅😯
Give Adam water and he’ll catch a fish
need some catch and cooks! keep it up
#steelhead
Steelhead fishing is really hard! Awesome catch 🎣👌🏻
subscriber numbers are questionably low...like waay too low for the high quality fishing vids you upload...hope the best in weeks to come!!
Appreciate the kind words!
Beautiful fish! Good luck on the rest of the season!
Great videos keep it up. Where you from?
Are you fishing in cali?
Awesome video!! The grind 🔥💪🏽
What river is this
You find it?
No
@@leofulford4408 Russian River
@@leofulford4408 are you from California??🤔
Yes Sacramento
Can't wait to get started this year!
With that Lugwigia growing on that gravel bar..I’d swear he was on the Russian River..especially after he didn’t hook a fish
Nice job. A lot of people like red, but I think a 1/8 oz black Marabou feather jig , with 1/2 the feathers missing, can't be beat.
Aloha. Nice steelhead. Congratulations. Just surprised you’re not wearing a pair of shorts.
Adam, I too dig on eating a delicious bowl of Pho.
Fish on Baby & MERRY CHRISTMAS ALL
I've caught Steelhead in that exact spot you were at. On the way home, try below Indian Creek, I've had good luck there also
When on a drift boat for steelhead and salmon in October. After 10 hrs only caught 1 wild steelhead
Nice lonely catch. But any steelhead catch is a good one. What was your rig set up? Didn't look like a typical old days spin 'n glow
A lot of times, a female will come up with two males. That’s quite often the case.
Explore explore explore while you can…
What is the lighted float that you are using
Steelhead fishing where?
That fish was a hen, by the way.
Always love seeing new vids!
Good job. Nice work
Pho?!?!?!? Yes!!!!
Why does it say summer? I don’t get it 🤷🏻♂️ I’m gonna run into u one day , we fish A lot of the same spots
At one point he says it’s winter. It’s not winter until tomorrow!
Nice work
Thanks for not showing landmarks or river names. People don’t think it matters but I can assure you it does. Anyone who really wants to find steelhead can with their own diligent research.
True that… I know exactly where he is in this clip and I’m glad he’s not showing parking spots, trail markers or anything like that 🤙
Hate to break it to ya but he did give away the spot in this video. Ive never been here and was able to find this exact spot pretty fast on my computer. Have you seen those tik tokers who find a place based off of only a picture of the dirt almost immediately? That's part of the reason people hate this guy so much. Every time he films somewhere its blown. He shouldn't be so shocked when locals snap on him for making money off of their spot and showing the whole world it. Ive gone to a few places he films the day after a video dropped because I live in the same area and there were a couple other dudes there doing the exact same thing as me. All you can do is pray he doesn't ever film your favorite stretch of water.
It sure would be nice to know what state this is in, people don't learn from thin air!
@@jeff9062 for decades people have managed to learn just fine without TH-camrs telling them exactly where to go. Hire a guide, talk to your local tackle shop, or make a friend with someone who knows what they’re doing. For years people learn these spots either through diligent research or by earning the trust of people who have something to teach. Now people expect to be spoonfed and as a result, they go to these areas without respect for the place or people who have been there for years.
How far do you have to travel to catch Steel heads? The diversity there is Awesome!
Fishin the Russian river?
That was my thought...
Definitely not the Russian.
We don’t have steelhead in the Russian. Everyone should just try some other river. Epically here in about 4 days. Ha ha ha
@@KyleSilva1990 I landed one on the Russian last Wednesday lol. They should be thick after this rain!! But shhhhhhhh 🤫
@@freemcbilly3617 sure looks like it. Specially with the floating vegetation on the river. If it is the Russian, their definitely was fish in the river. Just not many. Yet.
Whats the name of this river?
shouldn't you be using a FLY ROD LIKE A MAN NOT SISSIFIED SPINING ROD, as they SAY in Nepal to spin is to sin to Fly fish is to be one with GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How much coke are you on at this exact moment?
