This is a great travelling recipe especially if you have been smart enough to invest in a Shuttle Chef as it makes the flavours really stand out. For the vegetables in this recipe you can pretty much add what you like, and you don't need expensive cuts of meat either if you use the slow cook method in the Shuttle Chef.
