Using a smoker is a great way to add great flavour to food and is pretty simple. Just make sure you have the smoker on a heat/flameproof surface. This smoked chicken would be great with either rice or a salad and can be a light snack or a full meal.

Hi from Japan, Roothy-san! I really enjoyed watching this. One thing you and your honorable subscribers might like to try is dried, used, green tea leaves instead of (or in addition to!) smoking chips. Cheers, mate!

@@Captain-Picard42 Dry the used tea leaves. Then use them for smoking. (Not much else to it, really... ; )

Maybe not fish, Roothy, but you have a dandy alternative just across the river at 2:17!

You had the rack the correct way when you first put it in. It may have worked for you but the idea is for it to be elevated from the botton pan so the smoke gets underneath as well. I'm a vetran Nipper Kipper enthusiast so I have credentials! 🧐😅 I mean you were burning the freaking plastic table so i hope you've gotten the hang of it after 7 yrs 😂

If you've got the time that'd be a great idea - I rarely get a chance to marinate but it's always a good thing.
